Any way to replace the rear turbo coolant hose (90° hose) without removing the engine from a Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I've been scouring online trying to find the location of an O2 sensor that relates to a code my Jeep is throwing 'P0428' just says bank 1.. is it this one being unplugged at 4:58 or is it the larger one in the turbo back pipe itself at 3:25? It's doing my head in haha any info would be great

3;25 is an oxygen sensor 4:58 is an exhaust gas temperature sensor

This maybe an ok motor, but not when it comes to repairs, what the hell they were thinking when they put this together is beyond comprehension.
