- Livermore’s police chief is criticizing Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price's office for not pursuing tougher penalties against a suspect, who is a paroled convicted felon, accused in a violent robbery.

Laws apply to everyone. Per the massive amounts of security video evidence, some communities produce substantially more criminals than others. So it stands to reason that they are incarcerated at a higher rate. The fact that Price won't charge this perp with enhancements because he's black shows bias and should be illegal. And then 13 years max without the enhancement? How is that? When he violated parole from doing an armed robbery with an injury to a victim? I always thought a parole violation with use of a firearm would at least fast track 20+? Can someone explain?

I believe in restorative justice, but if you are on parole and you commit another violent crime, you should not get a third chance to get your life together. You have basically demonstrated that you are abusing the system, are untrustworthy and a danger to society.
Refusing to even bring cases to court is grounds for her removal.
Again and again, Price has demonstrated that she cares more about reaching her goal of 'criminal justice reform' than the safety of the citizens. As long as the justice system is reformed, she doesn't really care if people are injured or killed. She needs to be RECALLED.
