High respect to Amanda Barnhart, one of my top favorite Crossfit athlete. I am glad to hear this interview because I have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old and stress with working out, disciplining them plus providing love and affection. This really gave me the extra help I needed to understand how I can balance it all but only with discipline and time management and priorities. My sister-in-law died in a car crash and we took her daughter in at the age of 6. She's 18 now and doing ok, but I can relate to the struggles. Much respect Amanda.
