- Join the crew as we finish the last pour on a big job and take care of some punch list items. We may be getting a little used to the easy work toward the end of this summer. I'm not worried, I have some tough jobs coming up! Enjoy
Those trucks seemed to never break down until Mike came along and checking all the fluids and such on them! 😂😂😂😂
Go figure..lol
Don’t curse mike like that 😂😂
@@loganmize6152 🤣🤣🤣🤣
All that dirt and grime keeping them together.
Hahahahaha
The clip and 23:08 where the leaf blower became sentient, had me laughing so hard for no reason.
Haha same.
Same🤣🤣
You guys are such big motivation, I’m a 26 year old contractor and my landscape business is growing. I run a completely different business than yours but I definitely see how good of a boss you are. Your employees are amazing and such hard working. Shout out from Utah👍🏽🤠
I'm also 26, from an engineer shoes you can build a bunch if you can get your card to some engineers. I saved about $6000 for a city going with some young blood that's hungry. Engineers can help get you in with counties and cities. If you can get your shoes in the door for a city, you'll have a steady client. Not to mention the opportunities for many more who a public works director would recommend you for. Just make sure not to overbid unless you truly don't want the job. Good luck to you and your business.
if i remember correctly, Ryan made a comment about Fransico using a shovel to puddle in, it seems old dogs can learn new tricks! 6:07 Ryan using a shovel to puddle! Great work gentleman! Appreciate the hard work.
Good catch, I noticed the same and wondered what was up… either way driveway came out nice and it’s great to see the team doing a great job as always.
Ryan, I’m a superintendent for my village at 29 years old. I’m responsible for a crew of 32, more than 80 percent are a good 20 years older. I know how tough it is to keep a solid working relationship/friendship with your guys as a boss. You do a great job, kudos to you and I hope your business keeps growing!
Eric: what a personality this kid has. He is so entertaining and gets a kick out of everything. Love this boy and seems to be a go-getter. Some day he’ll have a thriving business just like daddy Ryan. Teach that boy everything you know. Love your channel.
Isn't he like 30 years old
Yeah he’s 23 I think it was mentioned before
Fran 196 erik 186
He’s 26 I think
Eric is 28. The dude is my cousin so I know. And Ryan is not daddy that's his boss @Zone Alexander
Tell marcel good job he’s been really consistent for you this year ..I would love to work with you guys maybe one day
He seems to be much happier this year for sure. Ryan said in a recent video that a negative person can bring others down, maybe 🤔 it was the person Ryan let go last year that brought Marcel down.
The crew that Ryan has now, with exceptions, is a great crew.
@@2olvets443 Agreed, much much happier this year!
@@2olvets443 so far this latter half of the season everyone seems to be on their A game!
who knows for sure. if it was the older guy who barely was on video (not bobby) I felt he was a bit of a crank. and he edits a lot out like I always thought bugs was a quiet guy. lol turns out he doesn't like Daryls bs.
No Ryan told the whole crew a few weeks ago next person to call in is fired, no if and buts about it, Fired!!
Francisco at 205…
Eric at 170…
Love the vids Ryan from Tennessee, keep ‘‘em coming!
Eric seems like a guy you must have on your crew he's always up beat and positive and joking and smiling raise's morale
From one concrete man to another, you fellas do immaculate work. Love your videos Ryan!
Eric - 163lbs
Francisco - 185lbs
Love your videos!! Thanks for everything you guys do!
You guessed Eric!
Two videos within seconds?! Just home from work time to shower and get on the big screen!
The day just started :o
Same. Factory work?
I’m watching it cause he might’ve made a mistake lol
@@Cold_Dice, yes. I’m a machine mechanic. Wrench on an keep 100ft+ machines running all night long.
@@ericvasquez3325, hope it goes good for you buddy. I had a rough night. Lol hopefully tonight goes a lot smoother.
That’s some good looking mud, always liked it when it has that light grey tone when wet, usually cures to an almost white color.
Yup! You can tell this "new" driver ain't no joke. Dude knows his crete.
Erics Daryll lizard impression still makes me holler everytime I see this video😅😅😅😅😅
Francisco - 174lbs Eric - 161lbs , absolutely love watching your videos , no one compares to your videos , PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep doing what your doing keep them videos coming , literally make my day every time you put out new video - have great day fella’s - stay safe
I laughed soo hard when You did the “poke test” on Eric’s belly! Haha
Ryan you do way better quality work than I've recently seen around where I live.
Another excellent job and another great video! Thank you Ryan! I would put Francisco at 195 lb and Eric at 184 lbs. Hard to tell how tall they are and not knowing what time they went to the bathroom!
Francisco 196
Eric 174
Robert from Tennessee. My wife and I grew up in Elkhorn, WI. I do low voltage, alarms and currently learning locksmithing as well! Easy Money!

Francisco's weight : 187
Eric's weight : 179 (177 if he stops at a gas station in the morning.. You know what I'm talking about)
😂
starting to see a father-son relationship there with Eric. It's like he's one of your sons sometimes. :)
Also I'm guessing Francisco is somewhere around 190-200 lbs. lol.
Fran is about 220
@@MFZero2 agreed
He’s gotta be either tall or got some muscle under that shirt
Almost 6am here in the Pacific Northwest, starting off the day watching the new video before doing some ThermoPlast for the day. Definitely an easy money day. Take care fellas.
I could google thermoplast, but fighting the urge as I like this community and interacting with people. What is thermostat?
@@glen3257 it's a plastic for the roads. So usually cross bars, Stop Bars, arrows etc etc. For roads. Instead of a paint like they use for parking lot striping the stalls and stuff we use a plastic because it lasts longer and can take more abuse from all the cars. Next time you are out walking on a main road in town you can see the difference. It's thick and solid. It's mainly used on roads, freeways, ya know the arrows on turn lanes? That's Thermo. Heats up to about 1300 degrees of something like that. We have a Thermo truck that heats it while we drive, then you put the thermo into a like cart that has this thing called a Shoe, the shoe is what the thermo goes into and is then applied to the road.
@@josephpossanza5022 Wow very interesting! Thank you for your response explaining it. I thought that was all paint. I can truly respect what you are saying about it lasting longer as I haul doubles (train) grossing 150,000 lb. I have had to cross freshly painted lines in certain rare occasions, but sounds like I would need 13 axles worth of tires if I crossed this. I would imagine you block off the lanes. Again thank you for your reply, not googling it for a few days took great restraint on my part but I did stay the coarse. Please be safe out there and keep up the great work sir.
If bugs ever punches Darell its gonna make a great video..When Bugs called Darell Jr "soft boy"in another video,I was roll laughing.I would put my money that Bugs could take them both Darrels . 😂😂 😂
I always enjoy watching you guys from the station I'm a emt full time and work in the big city covid was a killer and we are a lot slower now you guys always make my day a little more brighter. I use to be a finisher for JCI we would lay the concrete for big warehouses all over the united states. Have a blessed week and stay save.
Junior, tell Ryan you want a weekly segments in his videos.... How to operate a concrete buggy like the professional "victory" driver you are. Also your supervisors techniques, keeping these guys motivated.
I spent all weekend moving 5 yards of gravel with a shovel and wheelbarrow…easiest thing I have ever done, especially in Texas weather. You guys have it so easy, charging all that money for such an easy job. Keep up the good work guys…don’t know how you do it every day.
I’m guessing Francisco at 183 and Eric at 164. Keep up the awesome videos!! Never done concrete a day in my life but I absolutely love watching these videos. Love the atmosphere y’all bring to the job. Keep on getting that easy money haha!!
I think Francisco is 195 and Erick 168
200 and 190
157 and 143
Eric 182 and Francisco 189
186 and 158
Awesome job. 👍❤❤
It would be funny when Ryan says bugs is a good worker he won't take breaks then goes to a shot with bugs just sitting there playing with jade in the grass. Lol
Francisco is 216 lbs
Eric is 187 lbs
i dont think francisco is that much
My rolling condo, a 28' Jayco had all of the things you mentioned plus some.
I like Marcel.when he's on the job he just puts his head down and works. Earbuds in isn't the safest thing but he can work. Seems like a good finisher
Always nice to hear the guys thank the customer like they did. You have a great group of guys Ryan.
I wish i had a boss like you. It will definitely make work more enjoyable. God bless you. 🙌🏽
Francisco 178
Erik 171
Francisco’s Buggs impersonation was hilarious 😂
Hello Ryan and the gang! Love the videos,
I needed this dose of "positivity" this morning. Seeing how you deal with material shortage was pretty epic.
I like to spread seed first Rake it in with the back of a leaf rake, and the. Sprinkle a tiny bit more on top after. Give it a try
17:56 had me rolling. He got Jr's pose down pat
When you said “I don’t actually put my phone up there, it’s just for the video”, Ryan my heart broke I died laughing though! 😂😂😂😂
Jade is such a sweetheart bugs has got himself a good dog there
Interesting information on the joint. But electricity doesn’t take the path of least resistance, it takes the shortest path to ground. A common thing to hear in the electric world is that electricity is lazy because it tries to just get to ground. Water takes the path of least resistance.
I Caint with fransico leaning like jr😂😂😂😂
The local places for me all use 1 yard buckets on skid steers for anything less than 30 yards. Never been shorted ever because they just count the scoops
Dude your my new hero, you have 2 boats! I love it, taking two boats up north!
Beautiful job on the job but dam y'all did a number on the road
Never heard anyone pronounce hammock like that before, lol. Keep up the good work
Another awesome video. Mike has really brought some energy to the crew and with Buggs returning everyone seems to be right on time with their work.
The way ryan pronounces hammock is hilarious
Hello Victory crew!! Hope you all have a great week!! Here’s my
Weight Quesses -Eric :166 pounds Francisco:178 pounds ⚖️🤞🏼 😁
Hubby & I Really Enjoy watching your videos!! Greetings from Moreno Valley,Ca 👋🏼
that driver laid down that concrete better then our lycon newbee.
I see Francisco is rubbing off on you Ryan, using that shovel to puddle 😂 Keep up the Great Work and Video's!!!
Mike is a good guy!!!!
The way Ryan says hammock makes my ears curl!
Wish I would have saw this 6 months ago, I want a free hat lol. I have been watching your vids non stop. You actually have given me the motivation to start my own landscaping company and CZcams channel.
I work for a land scape company the smaller top soil/ rock places always try to short you. I have been to the big business places and they have all the buckets spray painted with the yards 1 yard 5 yards etc. and they don’t rip you off you go to one of these small scales in a hurry or close by the job and they just guess or the loader/operator has no knowledge of how much a yard is with there size bucket or try to get one over on ya.
Francisco- 214lbs
Eric- 188lbs
I'm 23 years old from LA and I love watching your videos. Great crew and great leadership. Most importantly I like to learn how to be a great boss, like Ryan, in the future as I plan on getting my license.
Watching the blower move around during the time-lapse was amusing.
Thanks for the content and enjoy the vacation.
I love how Ryan says hammock 😂
We put a light coating of a finer bark mulch over the seed to keep the animals of it. Keep up the good work!
Eric at 158, Francisco at 178. Love the Victory crew. Keep up the good work.
Where I’m at they always overfill me with material when in bulk. Once placed I wanted 6 yards of mulch and they filled me 3x and I had about 12+. I measured the amount that I took out of my trailer to find out how much it was.
2 videos In one day. Stoked 🤙🏼
Eric throwing a "Ryan, that's how business work" 😂
Team working 💪 is the best 👌
That concrete driver really improved his skills from the first time you guys got him 😂😂😂 Good for him.
We have the opposite problem on Long Island! I ordered 10yards of topsoil and they showed up with a FULL Dumptruck!!
The daily missal on the dash is one of the many reasons as to why I love to watch Ryan and the guys
Erick let me borrow money!! Hey that's business haha like Ryan is a bank.. cool to see that things are going good with yall.
Great job you guys are hard workers Francisco 218 little E 174 😮
right away Ryan gave away the shovel jitter
Love your vids brotha, got a good laugh at the hammock never herd someone say it like that before lol
Francisco its 196. Eric is 163!!! Keep up the greatness guys.
I work at a supply yard, we always load heavy. It's newer guys shorting people
Ryan, I think in Eric you have someone that will be with you for years. Someone who if you do it right, can take over and continue the business as you get older. Guy is a GOOD soul....
One time I ordered grade A premium topsoil from Hines Fine Soils in Knoxville, Tn. When I began to spread it, there were pieces of latex and toilet paper in the soil. I contacted them an was told that they would used amendments to make the soil rich. Hopefully it was not material from a wastewater plant!
Yeah Ryan happens to me a lot too when it comes to mulch and topsoil especially if they're both top of the line especially mulch when it's real expensive they want to always get out on you always about a yard to a half a yard short always always always never fails but I put a stop to that no more you see that you give me what I pay for I won't be coming here anymore I'll close my account
love the edits in this one hahahahah great video guys
Double upload thank you Ryan keep up the good work
I called guys like Bugs “spark plugs” always keeping things going no matter who their with. Get the hole engine running. They are far and few between but when you get one pay him good!
Hey Ryan, seems you have a good crew and a nice balance of work and chat. Congrats to you all.
Love the channel. Journeyman bricklayer out of the trade currently because I need a steady a paycheck now. I've done flatwork and it's always cool with a good crew. Keep the cool vids coming. EASY MONEY!!!
I really enjoy and look forward to all of your videos. It would be amazing to have a boss like you. Thanks for videos and keep them coming. even if it has been guessed i still want to throw out there that Eric is 175 and Francisco is 189.
Francisco 187, Eric 176. Love watching!
THIS VIDEO WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! ... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Bugs could be an extra on Pirates of the Carribean
I absolutely enjoy you're vids and all the guys are great.
Eric:175
Fran:195
Keep up the great work fellas ol man winter is just around the corner !
excellent video filming good job
Love the double header💯
Ryan. Daryl Jr best moments. MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.
Ryan I work in a car dealership and for the life of me don't know how I stumbled upon your channel but by God I'm happy I did, a big howdy from Texas and keep up the awesome work.
P.S. you've said a couple of times you don't know how we deal with it being in the hundreds...it's how we Texans lose all that winter weight, eat up in November and sweat it out April thru October
A leaf rake to bury the seed works much better than a broom in my experience
Hes going to have fun clearing that in the winter
Most stone yards have which is called parkinson's disease, because they shake the bucket until nothing is in the bucket then they call it One yard!
Late on commenting Ryan always great energy an awesome attitude much love from Oklahoma man keep the trash an concrete coming
That blower It’s alive it’s alive😂
Ryan crew Annie and Jade thanks for sharing your day 💞 Francisco is 160lbs and Eric is 150ibs God bless 🙏
Eric: 205 lbs
