I can play basic chords and a scale or two a couple of songs but I can't learn fast I'm still stuck and don't know what else to learn I need to practice but I'm not that good what do you think I should do
@@joshuawelker5492 learnt my basics from:
William Leavitt
A Modern Method for Guitar - Volumes 1, 2, 3
So many people get stuck on electric not realizing how amazing the acoustic is
I think in this case won the acoustic guitar 🎸
What about a 12 string?
They are both very different and beautiful in their own ways. There’s no debate, only harmony and reciprocation
The acoustic sounds more like a Guitar. More instrument sound.
And I want both in my room
@@Spicyketchup04 yes
@@rumbeach375 still just depends on what you are playing. some genres really will sound off with classical guitar
@@learningchannel3850yes. I'm saying from experience, rock and metal sound too off to play, but I still do it
No win, no loose. Both are great instruments
But there is different
The elec guitar is easy using but cost more to plugin
The normal guitar is not easy to play it this song but not cost you .
Fantastic. Was that song you recorded in Chapel/Church you hired for recording reason?
@@midpiano3067 They make different sounds
lose
Imo acoustic should be your first guitar cause you learn basic chords and you really have to press the strings. Then when you feel like you are ready you can buy electric guitar.
The electric sounds fantastic . The acoustic sounds heavenly.
I would love to hear them layered over each other..
Literally the best idea 🤌
There's no debate. Both are beautiful in their own right!
Stolen comment
@@amgreenhihgamingHave an opinion : Steal ?
I have always been someone who loves electric over acoustic. But DAMN that acoustic was JUST MIND BLOWING. Why did it sound japanese?
Such an amazing and tranquil piece!
I thought the acoustic version sounded like Flamenco
Because you been listening too much of Ichikaaa!!
My friend I are very observative 💪 respect your analysis
The acoustic gave me a medieval vibe. Part of the reason i prefer it over electroc aside from less set up to play. No need for an amp. Very distinct sound
It sounds like a folksong
Playing this riff acoustic version in an arena setup sounds amazing
They complement each other so well together they are magic
Electric is magical acoustic is soothing
they are both great instruments. if one is better than the other, then it only depends on the song and genre of music
I like how this is the chord progression to “Blinding Lights”
WOW! I can’t say one is better than the other. In fact I would love to hear the song with both blended or taking separate refrains.
It's settled anything played by you sounds amazing, i think even it's a piece of cardboard you will manage to make it melodic .
You ask tough questions cause both sound so good in their own way
The Artistic value of both is equal on both sides for what they are. Work of Art.
I am convinced that Bernth is a reincarnation of Mozart
@@savantdavant also because the idea of having parallel melody lines in the same key for piano was thought of by Mozart.
For guitar, I think you're smart enough
Yes, Indeed !
He could be, he's Austrian and probably the best musician in his country
Fr
Bro turned the metal rock, ‘Imm gonna go so HARD’ rifff into
‘LETS DANCE!’
Listened to both, and I’m just starting to learn. Both are incredible and skill to aspire to. Thanks for posting this, and I’ll be studying.
The delay n reverb on the electric version gives it a more mysterious feeling. Whereas the acoustic version I get a more somber harpsichord classical feeling. One isn't any better than the other imo both are phenomenal lol.
Both sounds great, but the acoustic gives more feel ❤
I feel like acoustic guitars are so unbelievably underrated in rock and I still think the harmony between the two sounds incredibly amazing. If you know what you’re doing when making the music, you can bring tears in peoples eyes with the joy the people could have.
The guitar player makes any guitar sound kickass ! Thank You , Thank You for your great abilities & keep Rockin' ! !
I have to say acoustic:)
Both are great. Together in the right spots with the right builds and decays into and out from will make for a very EPIC song. You always amaze me bro!!!
The electric guitar looks like something that Indiana Jones would stumble across in an ancient Mayan temple
Acoustic Guitar has cleared clean sounds.
The 2 versions are beautiful, personally I prefer the electric version because with the effects I find that it adds an extremely clean and pleasant sound
Both sound incredible.
Acoustic low notes sound deeper, but you can do much different things on both of them...
Electric - Looks well
Acoustic - Sounds well
Acoustic guitar sound's great and clear in this battle
Because it was originally played on an acoustic
@saujanyapoudel8910 The song was actually created on electric. Although he did create an unplugged version, that is an alternate version created after the original.
You can't really compare the two, it depends on the person listening
I think the acoustic sounded better but the electric would have sounded much better than the acoustic you had changed the tone a bit, maybe lowered the distortion
Great playing like this sounds amazing on either instrument
Man they both sound fantastic and in my opinion I thithink you should layer them over top of each other and that would be epic!!! The sound of both at the same time, wow. Really man you should try that, just to see how it'd sound, awesome stuff as usual man, you're an Amazing guitar player
First of all the song itself is "Angelic". So much talent. Always amazes me. For that melody and tempo, I think Acoustic has it in this example, although I agree with the general consensus, that both are magnificent.
This dude isn't just a magician in skill terms but he is genius writer too...beautiful
Didn't know this was a "debate."
Both sound great in their own right. It just depends on what you're playing and the feel you're going for.
Different tools for different jobs. That's all.
Downloaded! Soo good!!
I see them as seperate all together. Cause with both you can get such a variety of sounds, different strings can affect the sound, body types, etc so I always find it impossible to compare them
I’ve always wondered - if you’re hitting exactly the same notes on the electric as the acoustic, why do so many of the notes that you hammer on, pull off, or slide to end up just not being audible in the electric version? Quieting some notes makes an awesome melody, but I can’t get the same effect when I try to play the riff.
They are both beautiful.. i have a les paul electric and a classical acoustic (nylon strings).. i play usually the classical one and other is for stange performances, home practices at night (when i have to put headphones so no one is disturbed) or when i fancy different tones to choose from.... so i would say they are incompareable.. (different intruments altogather)
They're both amazing
Dopamine is so much better to me on acoustic but when it rains, it pours f.e. i can't imagine on acoustic. As well as waterworks on electric
There is not a better instrument, just the best suitable one for the song
Acoustic wins everytime. Natural beauty and magic ✨
Both sound beautiful
Play both tracks simultaneously!!!
For the riff, (I think) the acoustic guitar is better, but for the first solo, the electric one is brilliant. Both songs are beautiful! Thanks Master
Nothing can beat the melody of acoustic 🖤
Both sounds great , cannot chose just one .❤
Wow, so many work to reach this level
both are good in different ways
Both amazing and pair extremely well together
Yeah! They both sound important!
It all depends on the song, for example the acoustic guitar sounds better with his song but trying to play thunderstruck by acdc on an acoustic doesn't sound very good. Then there's songs with heavy distortion, while the acoustic can be used its just easier to play those songs with an electric
truly love them both they are good in different ways but outmost it depends on the person playing
As someone who’s played both as well. All I can say there is no winner except everyone who gets to hear this sound. I will say the electric feels like an anime battle about to go down and the acoustic sounds like the breakdown for a character flashback or something before everything kicks back to 11
Acoustic represents clarity, how the unity of notes can create harmony of order; Electric Is chaotic, distorted, but completely merged, harder to tell from each note, yet the harmony it creates is the Beauty in chaos.
Comparing apples to oranges, both are used for different reasons. Love it all
Both are amazing ! Apples and Oranges
Make a tutorial on this .. Loved both
Both versions are great, however I enjoy the simplicity and clear crisp tones that the acoustic guitar produces.
This is something else. I've heard this beat and notes in another song.. not saying you stole it just brings memories to a song I can't remember
The thing is with electrics, unless you're doing straight to Amp no distortion, you have to factor in the pedal set-up on top of the actual guitar itself since a lot of the tone is determined from that. Hell, even the Amp itself needs to be taken into account.
Acoustic, more pure and organic. Appropriate for that riff.
Both of them have a beautiful sound
both reflected different moods to me
Amazing playing btw
It's not a debate of which is better. It's two different instruments with different sounds, each with their own uniqueness.
That is coool !
Fuck the guitar, this pattern is the hell of a masterpiece!
Why swear tho
@@amgreenhihgaming why fucking not?!? 😂
@@JSp4wN there is no point to it
@@amgreenhihgaming no fucking point to it?!
@The. yes there is no point to it bro
Both versions are worthy of being heard in the same song.
Both are great and very uniquely beautiful
horses for courses - but there's something more direct and intimate, immediate about acoustic playing. Always feel a micro relay gap with electric and I'm not feeling the same vibrational union - on the other hand with electric, the variables and the power are mighty pleasing 😄
You are a sick guitarist ! So much technic !!!!!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
About your question ! It depends the kind of music you want to do :) and the vibes you want to express 🤘🏻
I love the electric, but the acoustic is all you ! The electric
Is " tric " simply put, picks up everything electric.some drive, some static gives the music a nice sound. You can hide flaws the amp will protect you. Acoustic guitar shows just HOW DAMN GOOD YOU REALLY ARE ! You are Gifted and well practiced and a pure pleasure to listen to as well as watch. You ,young man are BLESSED .
Both is good but goddamn the clean riffs on acoustic sound very clean!
Equal, harmoniful and beautiful in their own right. An acoustic user myself. Love what ya do!
Acoustic: You meet her and fall in love.
Electric: She is the final boss.
Love them both. Depends on mood. 🎶
Combine them and have it where every set of the riff is a response from the other instrument then have them play together for the chorus and maybe bridge
Electric sounds like a good metal song but when it's an acoustic it sounds like a pop hit country song but it still sounds amazing
They’re both increíble, but acoustic gave me chills.
Both are awesome
Acoustic is for calmer slower style songs while electric is for more upbeat and faster songs, its really a pick your poison type of thing since they are both good and in the end it all comes down to what you prefer.
Both, this is an endless battle that will never be won
I like how full of the acoustic sounds compared to the electric which sounds kind of distant... Both are awesome though.. one thing I've found in my years is a person who knows what they're doing could make a plastic miniature toy guitar sound good... You should play it on one of those... I bet you'd rock it
So basically the electric guitar sounds aggressive and beautiful at the same time while the acoustic guitar sounds like a spanish romantic and beautiful at the same time, so no guitar lose or win, its just so BEAUTIFULLY made
In this duell, i have to say both won. Can't compare two sides of the same coin, both are awesome in their own way
For this riff, I like the acoustic. It sounds like a bridge, so going back to a distorted chorus would be sick after this
If I'd HAVE to pick a side I'd choose electric, 1. Distortion and I'm a core kid at heart 2. There are some really neat plug ins and pedels that you can make your electric guitar change in so many ways (and yes I know you can with electric acoustics also but shhhhh) and 3. I personally am way more comfortable around the fretboard and iverall guitar of an electric
I love electric guitar but there's just so many extra things that go along with it. Amps, pedals, stuff like that. As a guy that grew up in a not so wealthy home we didn't always have the money to repair/maintain all the things that went with the electric. And when the power goes, I can still play my acoustic ❤️
This is the best dog version of "imma head out" 😂😂😂
I like both and you are a awesome guitarist
Can't decide
Its like comparing an electric keyboard/synth/computer synth to a perfectly cared for grand piano
Acoustic ❤
In this comparison, I prefer the acoustic but most often you can replicate everything on the Electric guitar too if the distortion and tone settings are set correctly to default.
Acoustic is so smooth, buttery melody runs through my ears
I enjoy electric more but this riff is written for acoustic, what I mean by that is that this type of riff just works better on acoustic. Reason being is that although electric sounds really cool some notes just feel out of place and could have been replaced for a longer note, but on acoustic it works perfectly.
Wowza dude. That was sweet. Still to debate this is like debating whether it's better to cook in a pot or a pan? Well it will always depend on what's cooking 😁
For this one the pan makes it a bit better and spicier, although the acoustic version isn't far behind 🙂
