It's Daisy Dee in the chorus, but I believe it's Alberto (Ingo) Hauss with a slight pitch shift in the verses.

Das Video erinnert mich ein bisschen an die Konzerte von Kraftwerk. Hat sich U96 an denen orientiert? Immerhin klang Zukunftsmusik auch sehr nach Kraftwerk, Wolfgang Flür tat da sein übriges.
