First thing, we've to change our advocates. For sure advocates somewhere compromised with Govt advocate. Sob mili bhagat hai!! Defence officers and Bureaucrats doesn't want Msp should be given to jawans. Mej Gen Satbir is a govt agent and always favours officers. He did for jawans, but used them. These officers always tooks every govt previliges, but not interested to give anything jawan. Our advocates 100% getting something from officers and bureaucrats or sharing everthing with govt advocates! Jawan must keep theirs prestige, please don't beg to these officers.

Major General satbir is main culprit and he is always against JCO and OR and his main motto is to get maximum benifits for officer's he is most selfish General and he wants to delay OROP 3 like OROP 2 and extract maximum gain for officer's by negotiating

It is the politics of GOI not to give OROP-3, so that some one has filed a case against OROP3. As per MSP is concerned, it will never never be given to JCOs,/OR it is bitter truth.Till BJP/NDA is in power , JCOs/OR will have to suffer.So Congress is the option to which may fulfil our entitlements.
