- This is my process on making bases for my Adepta Sororitas miniatures.
I hope you like it. English isn't my first language so i hope the voice over doesn't sound too akward.
Tutorial on painting the bases:

I didn't even know that hobby crafting concrete was a thing, definitely trying this might be good for terrain too, genuine concrete tank traps anyone? Amazon here I come! Thank you you little star!
Great video! It's funny, in this hobby we often spend a lot of time trying to recreate real world textures in Miniature scale, this is a good reminder that sometimes the easiest way to do that is to literally just use the thing we're trying to copy
Excellent idea. I originally always did stone and concrete bases using plaster or cork
Great stuff friend 👏 👍
Looks amazing, never thought to make concrete bases by using...concrete :D
The results from this are so bloody good! There's some fun editing on this too, nice one.
Great tutorial. The end effect is really awesome.
He brother thanks for the video on this. Really great tutorial gonna look at others later.
love the bases and the colors you use on your models! thanks for the tutorial!
Will try this Thanks!
Really cool!
All that effort really pays off! Great idea! Great video!
I bought some dental plaster to do similar to this a while back. But I never thought about sticking plastic rod and half domes down in the mold for patterning!
Excellent video, thank you for sharing and take care :)
Very interesting, thank you!
Oh, and I subscribed
I love this army. And now I know they have actual concrete bases I love it even more
Thank u! Love your stuff
Awesome tutorial! Im definitely going to try the technique on my next diorama project
I sooo wanna try this. Looks amazing. Too bad I have my Sisters already based;-;
Keep up that great work:)
Fantastic results! Thanks for the tutorial
Your channel was just recommended to me, so I thought I'd check it out. Fantastic video you've got here- I would've never thought of using actual concrete for concrete bases. Such an obvious choice, it makes you mad you didn't come up with it yourself. Amazing results, to say the least; really love the rebar, as it sells the whole look. Hope to see some more out of you, as there's some tremendous talent on display here. Glad to be a new subscriber, and have a great week.
This is absolutely fantastic.
those bases are insane!!! awesome
This is very well edited.
Incredibly thoughtfull, will definitely use this technique in my miniatures when I'll do urban rubbles in my 40k armies ^^
Oh well done. These look fantastically grim.
Thank you, this is a really good tutorial. Informative and on point. Already ordered such concrete :-)
Great video, I am looking forward to seeing more. I will try this myself.
fascinating, I've been using some basic drydex for this kind of thing but i like the effect you get. I'm going to have to change the way I think about working with it
Hej that was GREAT! And the effect is SO COOL, it plays so well with the poses of the figures to create a really striking uniqueness to the completed army👌👌
They look awesome and I now want to try it 😎👌
ice cube trays make great tank traps as well
Wow looks amazing !!
Helpful video & well edited 👌
Love the result and a great tutorial! I really do enjoy seeing the process but damn that music is hard to listen to haha.
Keep up the great work! :)
Good tutorial!
have you tried dropping one on the ground to see how strong they are? My biggest fear with these is damage on transport.
How heavy do these bases and mini's end up being?
I would say not heavier than their metal equivalents
As I just saw your two first videos in a row, soI will make the same comment (more or less) as I did on the first one : really love your bases ! It is so cool to see such evocative urban rubble bases compared to those ulimately borring grassy/earthy bases and their unimaginative tufts of grass that does evoke nothing but boredom that we usualy see (and yes I use twice "boring" in the same sentence just because I can't stand anymore those bases).
Imo, concrete rubbles make the best evocative bases for 40K figures. I did the same a few months ago, but yours go further (with the incorporation of copper wires). Great advices here!
All that effort really pays off! Great idea! Great video!
