My one thought before making this video was "Why the heck is this scene in My Hero Academia if it's meant to be a safe "sus-free" anime? Sure it has some sus scenes but it's mostly about heroes...
It's never been a PG anime honestly, not when Midnight's and Momo's outfits exists. It's not even advertised for young children in Japan - it's aimed at teens, which is reflected by America's broadcasting system rating it TV-14. A safe anime would be PG.
Oddly enough, the fanservice was turned up in the anime. It's still in the manga, but not as heavily as the anime. Maybe to make up for the toned down violence. They replaced the gore with ass 'n' tiddies.
It's true that it's tame in general storywise, but the female character designs are a little ridiculous. Toga is just naked as her final form (like Mystique).
