It's been calculated. Results in chapter 14 of Jeremy Wilson, Beryl - In Search of Britain's Greatest Cyclist, 2022, paperback 2023, Pursuit Books. Same rider on Beryl bike and clothing and modern aero bike and clothing in wind tunnel. Result - she'd have been much faster and still have all her records except 10 miles. If she used modern training (instead of mainly relying on vast mileage) and nutrition (though she did eat far better than most in her era), she'd be faster still
