MABUHAY PHILIPPINES!
It is a privilege that we were able to board the ship from the Philippines, during the (RIMPAC) Rim of the Pacific exercise in Hawaii.
BRP Antonio Luna (FF-151) is the second ship of the Jose Rizal-class of guided missile frigates in service with the Philippine Navy. She is able to conduct multi-role operations such anti-surface warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and limited anti-air warfare.
What is RIMPAC?
As the world's largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity designed to foster and sustain cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world's interconnected oceans.
RIMPAC exercise enhances interoperability across various military operations in the maritime environment. RIMPAC 2022 aimed to enhance cooperative relationships between participating nations, crucial for ensuring safety and security of sea lanes. - Věda a technologie
