Pistol guy i think would be like flintlock where it’s a one time gun, energy sword guy could slash out a single beam like in some video games, tesla could drain health and explode on death, gravity dude could shoot beams that make units fly or slam into the ground like pharoah, beamer could be just a stonger/better musketeer, projectile shield could work like banner bearer and provide a shield like aegis, neon boxer is just the cooler boxer, box gun is the cooler cannon, energy sword master would be like monkey king i feel like.
There was missed potential in the neon update witch is the final content update to tabs and recently the game feels like it hasn’t even been checked for bugs and glitches sad one day I hope Landfall does something with tabs again I understand the change tho working on a game that long is crazy hope their new games get good reception and are good as well.

If you have the UCM mod you'll have access to the following neon things in the unit creator A neon gatling gun barrel wheel A double bladed glowing sword (orange blowing blades) A projectile ability which spawns a neon shield where it lands, I believe it blocks projectiles, I suggest making a ranged unit with this ability, it's in the missing faction tab in the ability section, or give it to a normal unit, and use a banner bearer to keep it in place. In version 0.13.0 there was projectile, when equipped, it would spawn a largely pillar beam of neon blue light underneath the unit, it's labeled projectile_wip_tesla_beam In the unit creator, there are icons for old/open/closed alpha units, along with some unused or unreleased units when making a new custom faction. Landfall are working on bringing back the neon faction, as well as the chicken man and the chicken man man units in the new version. We have seen what landfall are considering about what the new modern neon faction will be. Now all we have to do Is wait
This looks great, tho I think that some are kind of over-complicated, and TABS Is normally known for its simplicity, and how those simple tools can be manipulated by the community, so for the 2nd and maybe 3rd, you could simplify em or make them more funny-looking. Tho I do like a lot the 1st one, different but charming.

Ranged counters are so op, like that tower thingy that shot arrows
