It is possible that problems with the HDD are starting. Copy your address book and install a new drive, as this one will probably stop working soon.

How about a 7425? How do you access the touchscreen panel to clean it?
First you need to unscrew the screws fastening the housing near the scanner glass, then remove the front covers and there will be access to the screws mounting the Panel Unit
I have a Xerox Workcentre 7345 and I tried cleaning the hard drive parts as it was dusty. But after I put it back together, the screen is not turning on. Can you explain why and how to fix it? The screen was very bright before this and that is why I tried to fix it.
Unable to clean disk. You have damaged this item. Now you need to install a new drive. But don't worry, it is just the same drive as in any computer.
