Funny story my father took a plane from tokyo to paris and he was seated next to him, they talked during the flight, he took a picture with him after arrival, my father said he was really cool, and humble like a everyday dude.

on the Goat debate, Pastrana or Pages?
probably easiest to just say the GOAT is TP
those runs Tom put down in Madrid and Pretoria in 2015 would take some beating, but its difficult not to give Pastrana a lot of credit for progressing the sport 15-20 years ago
Pastrana is the GOAT, but Pages is the better rider freestyle for sure. Only other riders that can compete with Pages right now are Rob adelberg, Levi Sherwood, Jackson strong, Pat bowden, Gregg duffy, David rinaldo, josh sheehan

most of those guys have 1 or 2 big tricks, and then varying levels of execution for regular tricks, also most of them their special trick is one that someone else brought first and they are executing it well, which of course is great but i dont think its enough for GOAT status
from the fmx runs i remember seeing i would say clinton moore is probably closest modern rider to rival tom, but even he has needed tom to make mistakes, and similar story to the others with tricks being done by others, but i would give him more credit as loza didnt land clean
Pastrana played a big role in early days of fmx competition, should have been the first to land a 360 in competition, was the first to land double backflip and however many of the backlip combos he brought
Pages in 1st fmx career brought some big backflip combos such as double grab flip, i think he was among the first to attempt a frontflip (i feel bad that i cant remember which bro it was who got close in madrid but they were both trying them), and then in his 2nd fmx career he has revolutionized the sport completely, even the tricks that other riders have brought since 2012 have (imo) been heavily influenced by tom bringing his new list of tricks. maybe some getting more ideas about body variables, or just simply that everyone has had to step their game up with new tricks
@@custard131 you should see how good all those guys are now, Greg duffy did a double front flip if he did that trick in a competition against pages it would score higher than any of tom's tricks. David rinaldo just did the craziest fmx trick ever seen last year and there's no trick right now better than david rinaldo's trick except for maybe greg duffy's double front flip. Jackson strong was the worlds best for a long time and he can do just about all the same tricks as tom except for the flare and bike flip but jacko definitely has potential to beat tom he was the worlds best for a long time and still probably is considered the best in the world. Sheehan is a great rider but he's lost against tom a few times not just once and Rob adelberg has really stepped up his game the last few years even beating guys like sheehan and jacko strong with his new tricks he's got now. You have to check out their new tricks they are absolutely insane on any given day all those guys have potential to beat tom pages. Levi sherwood hasn't been in any competitions for a long time but I hope he's working on a new trick, we know he was toms rival in the past. Pat bowden has a christ air front flip or suicide front flip can't remember which one, both those tricks score very high even higher than double backflip and all of toms tricks plus Pat bowden won nitro world games in 2018 currently one of the best in the world right now

Были бы деньги и спонсоры. У нас вот в россии тяжело с этим, можно бесконечно развивать эту тему.
Да, круто, очень круто, но тоже хочется прожить такую жизнь. Я вот точно не знаю, но однозначно ему первый байк купили родители и то место типа как дома, тот участок огромный земли тоже они подогнали. Кароче родился и вырос там в удачном месторасположении и с хорошим наследством.
Бред пишите! Только труд и стремление, а главное талант в спорте, умение жертвовать собой тем более в этом экстримальном виде, не каждому дано! Везде есть богатые, но однако не все могут удержать капитал своих родителей, дети порой все просерают и деградируют! Так что ваша версия далека от реальности!
