Sending 🇬🇧 Congratulations 🇺🇸 from my side of TX … down by Fort Cavezos ( Fort Hood). My first question was “Who was Dr. Martin Luther King?” There was a second question about voting rights and then that was it. He said ‘Congratulations’. All that studying for two questions! I agree. As a family it’s just easier for everyone to have the same citizenship. Less hassle coming back into the country. Gosh when I got my green card ( I’m a citizen now) it was ‘multiple indefinite’. No restrictions. Wow. So much has changed. I still have my flag that was given to me. Got me all teary-eyed … this is a BIG moment. Now you can apply for a federal job … and you can VOTE! 🇺🇸

Yes, you do test in the UK called life in UK to become a citizen. Just like in the US, an average British citizen cannot answer most of the questions. 😊
