I'm a Panthers fan from the start. From when we didn't have a name, and I wanted Keyshawn and drafted Kerry. I was heartbroken when Brady beat us, and wanted to break Vons legs during SB50. But the 2015 Panthers were one of the greatest teams ever assembled.

As an NC native and someone who has been a Panthers fan my whole life you were the best QB this team has ever seen and I miss you so much.
With all that said a QB can't save this team, the problems with this team is the horrible o-line, the lackluster receiving group and the overall ownership.
This team has been broken since Tepper bought the team and since you were cut, just a sad situation altogether.
What do you think about Jake Delhomme? Where does he rank for you?
@Jay-dl1rt personally, overall Cam Newton was more talented, including arm talent. For the Carolina Panthers, I believe Jake Delhomme is and was just as important as Cam for the organization. Both took teams to the SB but Delhomme had more talent around him then Cam ever did, which made his appearance special along with the MVP, in Cam's case. Me and Cam are literally the same age so I tend to favor him but Delhomme and Steve Smith were my favorite players before I ever knew who Cam was

Cam was a different situation, He was NFL ready his Heisman year in College. His physical abilities were superior than all other QBs in the league at that time.

Cam, this was a great watch. It was very genuine and insightful. When you asked for the Presidential position at Carolina, which you probably deserve, you have to realize that even with your character and swagger you cannot walk into an American boardroom, amongst "their" corporate structure and dress like you want to. No hats, no funky Friday sweaters, etc. Cut your hair, put on a suit and dress for the position you're asking for. "Be" in the room. I guarantee you'd actually get the position you desire if you walk the position you're asking for. You are talented enough and smart enough but your light is too bright for the room.
I never got to see Cam Newton, so seeing him play today would be the best Christmas gift!
