bamboo Band, from Ieta village, Buka, Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. Playing "Bekenatun" (Fisherman's song) at the "Go Pinis" (farewell) for Neil Brosnahan, a VSA Volunteer from New Zealand. The leader of the band (keyboards) is Kris Hakena a Chief at Ieta. His wife Helen Hakena is the Director of Leitana Nehan Women's Development Agency where Neil was based. The performance of the band was part of Neil's farewell gift. - Hudba
