This is exactly how I paint flowers for miniature paintings! I love these nails and I'm a sucker for flowers. I make miniature flowers from coffee filter paper, tissue paper, photocopy paper, rice paper, polymer clay, resin clay and cold porcelain. Flowers are the perfect expression of the beauty of nature from delicate to dramatic. I'm learning so much from watching you work thanks so much =)

Hi! I love your videos! I make press ons but after a few days the gel polish is chipping to the point where you can see the base color and the other layers of gel chips of in layers. Please help😭😭😭

@@Nailsslayedbyval thank you for responding! I start by buffing each nail with a sponge file and the wiping with alcohol prep pad. I do a base coat and cure and Then I start my base color (I bought a kit from beetles on Amazon so everything I have is from that kit). I do 2-3 layers and cure between each. The for my French tip I do 2 layers and cure between each. And for this set (my first one I’ve ever done) I used blooming gel and did the croc print and then added top coat. I can send pics to your ig . I think my comment keeps deleting itself😭
French tips and the polish is driving me bananas. Idk if I need to invest in different polishes or what?? I cant seem to get good pigmentation
I would recommend you do! I always had trouble when I was using other brands for my french tips ! Trust me I would never steer you wrong ! Try out “ floating” from nail reserve for a light pink and also try out melody susie white gel polish from amazon ( snow white # 479 ) ! It will be a game changer
@@Nailsslayedbyval Thank you!! Yes the polish is OPI but I’m new to doing my own nails. It looks streaky, cant get a nice clean line and then it gets gloopy. I did copy these nails but they look terrible in comparison. My 2nd time doing french manicures so i’m giving myself grace. im going to check out your recommendations. TY again that’s really awesome if you to reply❤❤
