i only got three arcanas two of which i already own, LC and CM. But happy i got Feast of Abscession bundle. Was hoping to get techies arcana.

How did you get +17? I wont matches after buying the bundle but it won't stack.
Do rerolls stack? For example, if we receive 10 rerolls each week and I don't use them, will I have total 20 rerolls the following week?
Nope, the extra rerolls by winning games will not count.
It only gets stacked when you purchase the candy bundle packs which adds the 10+ rolls to your current number of rolls earned from winning.
So far i got cm arcana, some good imo, dota plus and rare courier like Master Chokobo
