I've noticed Yana is especially amazing with the ball! There's just something about the way she handles it, it almost looks so magical.
Her hands and feet are really big so she definitely has the ease and comfort. That is why she is able to catch the ball with one hand so easily.

Love Yana so much... She literally, pushed everyone (Esp Rita) to do more and better... So graceful, and effortlessness.... Wish she would have stuck around ... The sport misses her so much...

Excellent taste! I see you are a Kudry lover like me haha My all time favorite routine is Kudry 2014 ball, that backscale catch is just outstanding!!! And Deng 2014 ribbon routine... sooooo beautiful! For me she's the best asian gymnast ever no matter what results says.

I would like to add Alina Kabaeva with her clubs routine in Madrid World Championships 2001 (yeah, the one she had to give her medal back, because she got caught cheating after testing positive for a banned diuretic furosemide) but still her Clubs-routine was brilliant. The routine was different, fun and the music included chirping sounds (which were extremly new and just got legal at the time, the CoP of the time started to allow such sounds, voices/singing were still not allowed). I like to watch it every now and then.

I also love those routines from past gymnast but I think I'll love it more if Margarita Mamun's past routines were also there especially here 2014 ribbon and clubs routine, her 2015 hoop routine, her 2013 ball routine, and her 2016 clubs and hoop routine.

opps! Dont get me wrong, I do love her routines. I would say her 2016 ball is probably my fav routine from her in that CoP.
and it seems too early to say Halkina is a past gymnast right now.
