Half-Life: Alyx Gnome Achievement Run Glitch - Disappearing Items Glitch VALVe Please Fix

Was doing a Gnome Achievement run and carried a box of goodies with me that kept depsawning and/or crashing my game. I later ditched the box and just brought the Gnome but still...VALVe please fix
