- A sample of my 2-cam mix Milan (28th Nov. 2007), using the 2 current DVDs as sources, dubbed with the audio recording by White Owl.
Many, many thanks to Marisa/DVDtree, Max and White Owl for filming, recording and uploading the originals.
DVD will be availible on ABMS within the next couple of days.
Why am I uploading this...? Well, despite the fact that it's a brilliant performance with undoubtedly the best audience of the tour and a song of which there is currently no high quality version on youtube, I also want your opinions of something.
Do you think I went a bit overboard by overlaying the screenshot onto the other footage? It was intended to be 'atmospheric', but I'm worried I might have got a little carried a way, I can't decide... opinions? - Hudba

the opening line of "Born To Run" is the greatest opening line in rock and roll.

Fantastic Re-mix ...of one of My Favorite Bruce and the E Street Band performances (that I never saw live). Bruce sings "Reason to Believe" - like he really Fuxking means it and the Milan crowd goes into a 'frenzy"...Extraordinary. I watch it often, when I am down and, as a Result, my Spirits are sent soaring again.
I also heard the song live in Hamburg a year later. Something special for sure, even on a Springsteen level of awesomeness.
That was a stunningly incredible performance. The energy there is uplifting.
The last one of the biggest persons in the music history, he is up there side by side with Mr. Presley.

Brilliant!!!!!!!!!Probably the two out standing reinterpretations which Bruce has done in the recent past is this one here and Youngstown. For all their brilliance, imagine how these albums would have sounded with the full E street treatment!

Italian mentality suits him.
I think it's the same with Irish audiences, he equally belongs to both places. He feels the adoration and gives it back in spades!
You should see him on his home soil on his birthday!

@@enricogodini7455 wrong unfortunately I’ve seen him in Ireland and Italy to name just two countries and he is at his peak in Ireland even more so than home soil. Proven by his love for Ireland doing 4 shows there the past two weeks.

Bruce somehow finds a way to find a close part of life inside ourselves that is very meaningfull. Its nice to hear a song that says its ok to have a father who spent 18 yrs in louisiana pen for bootlegging way back before i was born and did the best he could once he got out and still made a go of it. One fathers day cops came knockin, alone in that whitewashed shotgun shack my old man passed away.

i first heard this man when he sang war aged 15 then years later when i was lookin for shoes for my children my ear was caught by the intro to down bound train i looked in every record shop in the city center nothing found it in a record outlet in Garston I bought the tape no DVDs then this was the first time i experienced music from start to finish on one disc although I wore out down bound train and it is 2014 today good to know am not the only one who loves these peoples music

I was at that show in Omaha,NE except this was my 25th time I've seen The Boss You got to see a rare show!! What a show for someones 1st time. Bruce loves Omaha!!! The girl I brought it was her 1st time and left the show saying she has seen the light and that light was The Boss!!

Epic performance and epic crowd! My favorite Springsteen song and my favorite version of it that he has ever done! I wonder if he played it in this style on the fabled 'Electric Nebraska' which has never been released. He's gotta release those demos one day!!!

Maybe, although Springsteen's studio work rarely reaches the level of his concerts. I have wondered how it would turn out if, instead of recording in a studio, he made an album of new songs by playing them live. Springsteen could, and of course would, vary the arrangements up enough so this process would be analogous to studio experimentation.

As said in the description, I didn't film or record this. The show was in Italy, and I'm in the U.K., that would have been some *serious* optical zoom ;)
The video is from Max's DVD and Marisa's DVD, and the audio is the 'White Owl' recording.
I don't want to take any credit for their brilliant work. And it is brilliant, IMO, much closer and more steady than many other audience shot videos.
I just edited the two video sources together, and dubbed the audio.
