lol, This guy's using a Rigid Table saw, Milwaukie Drill, Hitachi Miter Saw, Bostich Nail gun / compressor, Some rusty old looking bench top drill press that's not even in a permanent area (he's using it on his table saws outfeed table), a Dewalt plunge router and what looks to be a home made router table off of his table saw. This is like 2-3k dollars max worth of tools brand new, and half of that or less if you bought used. I didn't see a single Festool, Powermatic, Delta, Grizzly, Sawstop or any brand you can't buy at Home Depot. He's also in what looks to be a 2 car garage with a car parked on the other side! I don't know where you think this guy spent $50,000 at. Maybe if you included that car, all of his tools, and the down payment on his house maybe he spent 50k dollars.
Cabinet looks great! Don’t listen to what other people are saying about it being made out of Pine nothing wrong with that it’s just a trash bin cabinet! But you definitely aren’t here to help anyone else build one that’s the sad part I clicked on it hoping for some instruction :(
That was really good and I especially like how the can was retained with a French cleat. What was the clear coat sprayed on at the end? Also, please wear eye protection especially when using the router.
Oh haha, that is the tongue and groove bit. I bought mine from menards www.menards.com/main/tools-hardware/power-tools-accessories/power-tool-accessories/router-bits-sets-accessories/cmt-tongue-groove-router-bit/p-1444426658813.htm
Cool👍 I am making a cabinet and for a bottom large drawer was thinking about making it tip out instead of pulling out. Stumbled on your video for ideas. Thank you for sharing. 😊
Has the French Cleat held up over time? If that's a 13 gallon trash can, I know mine gets a little heavier than I would trust to a couple of screws. Thanks
I like the french cleat idea and your build was a good job but personally I hate think stained wood looks disgusting, if its worth your time to make it then make it from walnut, or at least walnut veneer - dont do yourself down, lifes too short for cheap wine and even cheaper wood
I think you did a great job building the waste receptacle, however I believe CZcams is a learning channel and by you neither explaining nor giving measurements all you are doing is bragging and saying "LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!!!"
Should have had some step by step instructions or voice over as the project went along. Too much time was spent on repetitive routing, staining etc. Common pine is not a good wood for a cabinet except for a workshop or basement. Pretty plain Jane.
Pfft haters. I like the music.
😂😂😂
I've watched a ton of videos for these bin cabinets and your wood work is far more superior than every one else's! Good work!
I really appreciate that!!! Thank you!
Love the twin-dumbell-on-vacuum-hose dust collection method. That was awesome. Nice job on the project too!
Have to be innovative! Thank you!
Awesome. Really nice build.
A great way to hide the trash can. Great job!
Men just love to show their wood going through the saw! Pun intended. No explanation, no measurements, just lots of saw cutting footage.
I usually grunt when I’m sawing wood but the saw is too loud to capture my grunts on camera.
Very nice way to hide the trash can. Thanks for the video
Looks great.
Phenomenal design. It was a joy to watch. Thanks.
I’m really glad you liked it!
Love these DIY videos with $50k worth of equipment involved.

😂
Love it!
I really like this kind of DIYs with less talk and just the time lapse video.. Million Thanks!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!
very nice , good job...
GEORGIANA MURGEANU X!
Yo this is so much tools needed
Very nice!
Awww BABE!! You wanted to help!!!
OMG that music! Couldn't finish watching...
nice work, love the French cleat.
Thank you!

Hell YesS!!
Easy install works great
Молодец!!! Хорошая работа
Олег Минаев I have no idea what you are saying but... yeah alright!!!
I say, good job!!!! :)))
Nice work but it would help if you explained it and gave sizes for people trying to make them
That was really good and I especially like how the can was retained with a French cleat. What was the clear coat sprayed on at the end? Also, please wear eye protection especially when using the router.
Thanks! It’s called magnalac.
Nice work! Turned out great!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Very well constructed... What's the song? I like it
Thank you! Not sure what song but it is by Andrew Applepie
Nice work. What type of wood did you use?
Just some quality pine, nothing fancy
Love the project. I'll have to try this.
Thank you! Let me know how it turns out!
nice work I love it!. I have a question what´s de name of the head you use for the mortise with the router?. Thanks
Thanks Jorge! It is just a 3/4 inch straight bit. I believe that is even the "technical term"
thanks you. i meant the bit for the tenon, the orange one. It called "straight bit"? I can't find it. Thank's you for answer

Do you have any problems with it staying closed? Do you need a counter weight? Or a magnet? Great job!
No, it stays shut all on its own. It works great. Thank you!

@@ericsolberg8812 Cool! I'm glad I could help a little bit!
verrry niice (in the voice of Borat)
Love it! Thank you!
Where were the demotions? What size trash can did you use?
I don’t remember the specific dimensions but it was built to house a 13 gallon trash can
Has the French Cleat held up over time? If that's a 13 gallon trash can, I know mine gets a little heavier than I would trust to a couple of screws. Thanks
Yup the French cleat has held up just fine! Yes it is a 13 gallon bin.
@@Kraftmade good to hear. Very cool feature!
What kind of hinges did you use?
European cabinet hinges
How's the garbage smell? Is it contained or does it stink?
Overall it contains really well.
I need that please how much does it cost
Ha, ill take that as a compliment :)
What are the hardware called? Can I get them at HD?
They are called euro hinges and you should be able to
I think it looks awesome! I think some of the men in the comments are just a little jealous
Where did you get the router bit you used
Menards likely. However any hardware store should have them.
I need to get one
Can I get plans on how to build this
Sorry I don’t have any plans
I have the same can
haha! what small world!
Looks good but not everybody has those fancy tools to make this.
whats your stain color?
Special walnut
good job!
the music is annoying...
Typical people do not have wood working machines like you do.
wear a mask
CZcams running a contest for most annoying music????
It's important to think about how the things we say impact people's feelings.
Brad R 😂😂😂
Easy for those who have all these machines but good idea ...

This video is useless without the measurements

Dave Engstrom boo way to be a Debbie downer
Let's see your video and finished product...Dave...
Dave, turn down the volume and listen to the voices in your head as your own personal voice-over. Also this wood appears to be poplar.
Your music made the video unwatchable
