I'm a Newcastle fan who came down with the wife who is a massive City fan. She regularly travels down 2.5 hrs to watch city so thought I'd come down with her as City are my 2nd team if I'm honest. What I was shocked by was the lack of atmosphere....and not just this game but many others. Had to laugh when the Copenhagen fans starting chanting "Is this a library"....very funny. So City fans...what's it down to??.....cant be all down to tourists. surely...is it down to being spoilt? I'm generally asking the question..not taking the "pee". With Newcastle's recent take over I'd hate for us to lose our atmosphere at St James'. Dont get me wrong it been quiet at times at St James' this season but I was really shocked how quiet and the lack of atmosphere there was last night. Good luck for the rest of the season....double is on the cards definately...not the treble cos the TOON are in town a week on Saturday for the FA Cup.....lol
I agree with you their atmosphere is terribly bad and they don't do anything to improve it, what strikes me most is how bad they are of all the PL teams except (Aston Villa, Palace and Newcastle) not even anfield they sell to the world to be the best in England is all of this, when the Ultras play against English teams at home they always put on a show 👏🏻

What's with all the Alvarez hate from City youtubers? First ever player to get a goal and an assist in the first 10 minutes in Champions League history. He's got a goal or assist every 35 minutes in the UCL this season. He's 1 goal behind Haaland and Mbappê in the UCL on 5. 16 goals and 13 assists in all competitions, Foden has 18 and 10 but Alvarez has hardly played recently. He would be my first name on the team sheet for Liverpool and not just because I always start at the top left. I don't think City youtube appreciates the contribution of Alvarez.
