everywhere u go vern u will find filipinos are friendly and nice. very hospitable. did u see any foreignors there? Kabankalan is very well kept and the streets are very wide and roads well maintained. love the fruits and vegables stalls. so many. even have a macdonalds
Really haven't seen very many foreigners, maybe only 2-3 in most of my recent travel stops. Friendly indeed AF.
