I'm surprised nobody mentiones the writers' brilliancy of Saul saying that he'd filed a restriction order against the DEA, which conveys the symbol that from now on, it will be much more difficult for Hank and Gomez to investigate Mike. Them being at the DEA office also adds to the directing genius of showing that this scene is important from both legal and investigative angles.
A final subtlety is that they are all wearing professional clothes, which means they are all doing their work, but it also hints to us that without clothes, they might have gotten cold, plus it would not have been socially acceptable to be naked in public. Subtle details like these make this one of the deepest shows in television history.

This puts everything into a whole new perspective, since we’ve got to see Mike and Jimmys relationship history.

Must be challenging to create previous interactions between characters we know so well, but somehow the writers thread that needle

To borrow a line from the Big Short: “It’s like watching a shady car dealer; I admire the guy. Would I buy a car from him? Hell no.”

But Man Saul Goodman was pretty good lawyer. Even Chuck doesn't denies that. His problem with Jimmy was that he will not use it for the good of the people.

@@thephantompenance yeah but Mike knew Jimmy before all this and how they didn't steal that half a million from the Kettlemans.

@@JayD06 I think it's his general work ehics. He knows Saul can be trusted with money but he already has him as his defending lawyer. He ought to limit Saul's hold on him incase he decides to bail himself out so he spreads out the risk to other people. Also, he is close to Jimmy, he wouldn't want to kill Jimmy just to cut him off as a loose end.

Nah the thing is Mike knew Jimmy back when he was trustworthy. He even asked him how he was holding up when his brother died and talked about his family to Jimmy in the desert. Something probably will happen in season 6 that will make Mike not trust Jimmy anymore
