More power and an auto loading mechanism

You can make the shooting mechanism auto, instead of semi automatic reloading you can use the opposite mechanism of a piston cylinder, and because the gap is too big you can simply enlarge the ratio of the gears, and connect it with a one-direction moving motor that'll solve your problem

It looks like a real rockets launcher! But tracks hanging so much, need an utilitie for pulling it, and some kind of kickback compensator, maybe need to make chassis wider and londer or make simple suspension, because kickback are so big and machime can fall on side.
Or maybe add weight or transport it to bottom for reduce kickback impact
