KS005 crew especially Nitin is amazing. They have a WhatsApp group and I travelled many times on this and always good experience. The excise check at border takes 15-30mts time but cannot help. Otherwise the crew keeps time. This originally started as season permit but happy to see as regular service.

My wife and I travelled in this bus from TVM to BLR enroute Pune. One of the Driver was very mean and sarcastic in talking which made us feel very unpleasant. I wanted to post an complaint tried doing it online I couldn't do it. Btw this is our experience with the crew. It will be better if the crew treats and especially talk to the passenger in a better way. Also we had to buy our own water from the shop where they stopped for food.
So sad to hear this … very few like those are killing this industry .. usually they have stocked plenty of water bottels on every trip .. i had seen people taking 2 bottles at once .. u can post complaint on calling their control room number which id available on their website .. sorry for what happend to u
Water bottle are fine bro even if we don't get. But it will be nice if they are little respectfully in talking. I don't know what made them talk that way may be they were frustrated to reach banglore on time. We reached banglore 27 minutes earlier. I had thanked both the drivers while getting down they seem to be ok then. Understand we are all humans sometimes it's better we don't show our rude side to people especially when we are service providers.
