Nadine, SLS was used as an emulsifier in some traditional pharmaceutical creams eg Aqueous cream, and since it was realised that some people are sensitive to it, so now it's only recommended in wash off products

I know how you feel. At least the budget companies have really been stepping up.
To anyone that might be reading this, I wish that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. I wanted to give some positivity out to anyone that might need it since I'm going through a very dark time myself now. Whoever is willing to read this, just do: May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life... even tho current times are challenging and some of you might go through tough times now I sincerely wish everyone that happiness enters your hearts and let all the stress and sadness vanish out of your life...as you know nothing in life is ever easy, but what's important is that you keep going!

I've followed your hair journey and learned a lot through it. And I'm delighted to see Jo's hair look so healthy! However I couldn't help noticing Jo twirling her hair around her fingers so often in this short video. It's probably totally unconscious behaviour, but I couldn't help but wonder if that has an effect on hair and growth. Have you been given any tips in this regard? I'd love to know since I do the same...

The Garnier UK BB Cream is no good on black skin. Bought it as on sale so didn't waste too much of my money. Very frustrating though.
