If Poatan beats Jan convincingly, it could get a him a title shot against Jamahal Hill or Jiri who are both worse strikers than Poatan. Then, we have Pereira vs. Adesanya 3 for the Light Heavyweight World Championship
honestly Jan is easily the hardest match for him out of those guys. im not a betting man but if he gets a title shot vs Hill im putting money on early knockout. Jiri isnt an amazing striker but hes so experienced and tricky I think its 100% hes gonna force a bjj situation at some point if Alex doesnt catch him in the first round. and izzy cant wear 205 well his advantage comes from how fast he is at 185. alex frame is much larger hes gonna wear 205 better if that fight does happen.
@@moodfm5673 Jan is not his hardest matchup. people like paul craig or anthony smith (Yes anthony smith) people who are good at bjj. Jan is average with a weak gas tank if you can make him overextend himself. All he did was lay in izzys guard he wont have a size advantage over poatan
