1000 is quite steep. I love enjoying thali's. ive had delicious Gujrati thalis starting from just Rs. 300 to max Rs. 700. South Indian thali's from as low as Rs. 150 to Rs. 600 max. maharashtrian thali's for around 600. 1000 for a vegetarian thali is too expensive. upto 600 is still ok.

What about restaurants in Sindh? I visited Sindh last year and could not find any restaurants serving these dishes

From which comonsense point of view are u charging 400 rs ... its not worth more than 80 rs thali ... theres no paneer no cream no butter no lassi no ice cream no nothing ... u want to charge price comparing to barbq nation and what food ur offering is mess type of food that is offered at food mess its so bland just potato and some bland unheard of dishes
Please consider below before charging such undeserved exorbitant rates:
- no one cares abt sindhi food except sindhis
- if a sindhi is expected to eat the same shit he eats everyday at home dont expect him to pay more than 80 rs for this bland offering
- if u expect to catch attention of the ultra luxurious set then ur wrong as they wont even think of sindhi food ; so forget that target market; just because u want to seperate mumbai ppl frm their money doesnt mean they will
- the ambience is so utterly dull;
- the guy who cooked it or the owner or whatever in case the ower is only the cook made such a bad explaination pf the sindhi curry; it sounds like u guys are urself ashamed of ur sindhi food; sindhi kadi is not just besan and tomato it has other sabz as well; so there failsthe cook come owner

If you're serving dead bodies count me and my Sindhi friends .Which means if the kitchen is common then cooking vegetarian food in the morgue won't help.
