I watched Love & Marriage DC for the first time this past weekend. I didn’t watch it previously because there were/are too many wigs for Caucasian women that’s worn by the African-American women. As a naturally haired African-American woman, that a BIG turnoff. I believe that Carlos King encourages the women on the shows that he produces to wear blonde wigs for Caucasian women, because that’s his perception of class, but I disagree.
What I liked about Marriage & Family DC were the discussions with the retired police officers, and I liked the conversation with the group that included the White woman who confronted Joi about being judgmental. 😁 I remember Joi and Clifton from my favorite show: Ready To Love.
I didn’t like the violent behaviors of the female cast member, when clips of previously aired shows were shown of her antagonizing Clifton, in the current episode. I don’t know her name, but I’m sure you do, and I believe that she has written a book to help people. 🤣

He should've nipped that in the bud bc it later will become a problem. And as we see in the end trailer Clif is wayyyy too comfortable approaching his Queen. Ain't no way I would've let him get a pass with that slick comment pertaining to my wife or let him think I wasn't gonna slide for mine. He didn't need to get physical just let him know, it's not a game. I'm not a huge fan of Joi and Clif either their heads are too big but so is the Silvas.

I just started watching season 2 last week I’m so invested in this show.
Why do i feel like this fight happened like 2 Christmas' ago. I bet everyone has probably made up but watch the airing of the show make them fall out again. 🤦🏽♀️......Also, Joy and and her husband's fake storyline about not having a wedding when they are already married is corny. They should have been honest and still could have kept the storyline like "yeah we tied the knot but are still deciding whether to have a ceremony not."I also recall Joy being a mean girl on that other show so I am not really feeling her anyway.
