"maybe I'm becoming a vegetarian"
no you bloody won't
Hes just a pussy..Like most guys with big mouths..
@@TheMarky26 LMAL
@@TheMarky26 You have to have guts and be daring to constantly make choices for and lead other people. To go through that industry and just trying to learn as much a he can, despite the harsh environment he has experienced in that industry - that takes some guts. He's a pussy for not wanting to kill an innocent deer when looking it in the eye? Bullshit. Sounds like the person with a big mouth is you.
@Simon Goodwin I don't think that's really the case and calling him a pussy sounds more like an insult rather than an objective fact.
@Simon Goodwin Okay, caveman.
“Wow beautiful animal” ten seconds later “can I take him out” 😂
Ross Oneill “No you bloody won’t.”
“Damn...”
when gordon ramsay want to try to cook a cannibal dish we are all dead "wow beautiful guy" "can i take him out"
Reality
then feels bad to take out a deer
I wanna like but it’s at 777 and it looks amazing
"Can i take him out?"
"No you bloody won't"
Loved that
And.... he does not kill it. Grows a heart.
There would just be a stain from that hare if you hit it with a proper deer rifle. Nothing much more.
@@zdenek3010 well you only shoot deer with small caliber so i guess that there would still be some parts left
@@elpanda470 In Europe we don't use smaller than 6,5 mm calibres for deer except roe deer ( and in the UK muntjac and water deer). Typical deer calibres are 6,5 mm, 7 mm, .30 cal, 7,92 mm.
@@zdenek3010 I'm from Germany but it seems like you know more about that😂😅
The first kill is allways the hardest. But it goes to show he's hunting for the right reason.
Not to kill, but to get the meat.
Xrisus94 nah duhh if not he would’ve shot a buck
for me it was not hard the damn sod made me stalk all over the damn rangers chasing it. and i finally said f** it and sat down for lunch and he came back down the ridge line through thick bush and stuck his head out at me about 20-30m away and i thought ''right you bas**rd'' and i nailed the sod could not have been better. my first kill, with the first shot, from my new rifle, on my 21 birthday, with my old man.
KiwiDemon that’s a great story and it’s even better that you could enjoy the hunt with your father
Well unless there pest but we’ll said
jayo navio well your a pussy
The look that guy gave Gordon after he took his finger off the trigger was a “bruh I really woke up at 4am for this...”
I funking know right
lol I'm sure he's getting paid regardless
Fair to say a lot of hunters come back empty handed?
I would be mad too, he missed out on another amazing meal from Ramsey :(
He never had the finger on the trigger. At least from what is shown in this video. The finger wasn't even near the trigger at no time.
I was honestly expecting something much more brutal from such a notoriously aggressive man. "As soon as the deer was in my sights, I pulled the trigger. The feeling was exhilarating. I came instantly".
Lol
I came instantly
Bruh😂
Bojack Horseman sounds exactly like the first time I shot my buck.

fuuucckkkkk I'm dieing
For a closer, more personal hunt, you might want to try bow hunting with Joe Rogan.
he might not be able to draw the bow correctly lol
Fo real my dude
@@theonetrueeggroll4252
Gordon is pretty strong, the draw on a compound bow isn't that hard either.
Or with Steve rinella
But has Gordon tried DMT though?
Remarkable that's a common situation with modern day people and hunting.
Guilt to shoot an animal is no judgement for anyone. Sometimes there are those moments when you don't want to have your hands dirty.
Here comes the vegans
hi
Vegans kill so many fucking animals its unfathomable
William Snyder explain
@@rustybucket4340 it takes 3 times as much land to farm food for animals as it does to farm food for humans.
@@Pizza_Rat All those pesticides killing millions of insects and and other chemicals killing rabits. But hey since we dont see them it is all good, right?
Respect to Gordon for respecting the animals even if they are for food.
I would have taken the shot
I had that same reaction when I saw a deer "Should I take the shot or not" seeing it just minding its own business, doesn't do anyone to you and your partner saying "shoot it".... makes you feel something inside
Most of the other creatures hes killed have been invasive species or things destroying the ecosystem. Such as the hogs, the tiger fish, and a few others. He didn't feel remorse cause in the end he's doing a good thing. This. Just a lil deer minding it's business. I wouldn't be able to do it either. But I don't like hurting any animal so. Biased opinion.
@@Guardian-of-Light137 I agree with you I used to go hunting but I haven't been hunting for about 8 years give or take
If that vegan teacher saw the part at the very end where he said “ maybe I’m becoming a vegan “ she would have gone crazy.
It's ok Gordon, not everyone who eats meat can kill one..
Hes killed boar before I just think he didn't wanna miss and ruin the chance for a better one
Gordon looks like a granddad in that camo😂😂😂
I respect that a lot. Gordon is strong enough to listen to what was inside and not feel pressured into doing something he didn’t want to do. I guarantee one day Gordon will be ready, just wasn’t his day.
Blue Balls: The Hunt
I've been in the same situation when I hunted my first deer. I had a clear shot but I kept hesitating to take the shot. So I understand exactly how he felt.
I didn't hesitate :/
Got a clean shot and instantly dropped him though, at least it wasn't too brutal
I made that deer into a F***ing blanket
Sometimes the best thing to do is not take the shot, back up, regroup, and try again.
It could have ended badly (chasing a wounded deer) then feeling even worse afterwards!
I think it was a great call!
I can respect him not going through with it.
Philosophical Ethics why stop being a pussy
@@j90_supreme51 if that's honestly a proper reason, I could still respect it, deciding not to kill might make you a coward, but it also means you have moral, so i'd take being a "pussy" any day.
@@j90_supreme51 Fucking egotistical men.
You could also respect him if he took the shot. Cause he deserves the respect regardless
@@piccolo748 i would have taken the shot for sure. It has nothing to do with being a pussy or manly like these idiots are saying. I don't think killing anything should be glorified at all

Lay off the hash
Ewe are kidding me
"wild deer are such beautiful and majestic animals"
"and i going to hunt 1"
amazing
People are complaining that Gordon didn’t shoot but it’s a stressful time when you get to the point of killing an animal or leaving it...
I was walking down the aisle.
I saw this fresh and majestic being.
I approached it, with extreme caution.
It felt colder and colder with every step.
It did not move.
I grabbed it.
It was frozen.
Freshest steak i have ever seen.
The way he was kicking pebbles on the way back 😂
The way he had that rifle shouldered, that deer was in absolutely no danger.
Gordon not pulling the trigger be like
"Well, in Whoville they say - that the Grinch's small heart grew three sizes that day. And then - the true meaning of Christmas came through, and the Grinch found the strength of*ten Grinches, plus two!"
you fucking genius, im walking my ass to your location as we speak to shake your hand.

the deers are paid actors 😂
No animals where hurt in the making :)

Remember this is coming from a guy who kills crabs without a second thought
Crabs are sea rats and most time they endanger the environment. It didn’t seem like these deers were non-native, invasive species so why end their life? Gordon even ate already so what’s the point for not hunger or environment control? It’s not hard to understand
If he must kill, he always kills animals as quickly and humanely as possible regardless of what species they are. Also, invertebrates like crabs don't feel pain the same way as vertebrates like deers do (meaning crabs suffer much less when killed than deers)
no one:
Gordon: 2:24 got a stove in the woods
I can't tell if these videos are like 10 years old or they just have $10 cameras
5:45 you either die a hero or see yourself live long enough to be the villain
"No you bloody well wont" first time someone has told ramsey no and lived to tell the tale
In every fiery person, theirs always a soft spot.
I come from a long line of hunters in the mountains of Tennessee. My father never let me shoot one until I could stalk one through the woods. The first kill always makes the new hunter nervous and terrified. I remember my nerves were so messed up that I actually threw up after I pulled the trigger.
Same here. Anderson County (Heiskell) born, and currently live in Seymour. Really good deer hunting in these parts.
Happy hunting!
Many ppl should try hunt for there own food.. it's a eye opener.. not as easy as it looks to do all the work..

Beginning of the video: Majestic beautiful animals.
Gordon starts hunting: you little bastard
He had 2 maybe 3 opportunities to make a proper shot but hesitated and he knows it.
You grew a heart, you couldn't kill bambi
Nothing better than fresh venison.
I think all of us have had that moment, nothing to be ashamed of.
He’s a nature lover.
When I hunt this weekend I want to take Gordon with me just to have him to cook!
Good on Gordon for not killing it
Winner winner, no deer dinner
Gordon saw Bambi's mom before he took the shot and had to throw in the towel lmao
The moment he started cooking the liver I realised that he probably wasn't able to kill one, or else he would have cooked his own kill.
I love how he talks about deer as I’m watching one eat my strawberry patch outside my front door rn...
When I saw the title I thought he was hunting the f word
When i went hunting with my father i sat there for hours with him and then i finally saw the dear and aimed...then cried. I couldnt shoot it. I still eat meat and all just...cant kill it myself. Maybe if it was life or death.
I killed my first chicken without thinking twice even if i didnt kill it fast i killed it slow and it suffered i didnt feel bad ;D
Killed around 400 wild game. Deer is something I don't feel bad for. Hunting wigeons however, is something that I enjoy but I don't do all that often because I like the noises they make.
@@angwydud look, it's the edgelord who's killed a single chicken. Watch out everyone
@@jmac5009 lol xd just saying that my first kill didnt make me feel anything
I have killed enough deer to not even feel it anymore I felt conflicted the first time now I just want the meat and don’t feel a thing pulling the trigger
“Are you trying to kill me”
3:09 looks like an epic game
Really loved the end. I could not have pulled the trigger either
His commentary is the best
That deer doesn't know ramsay will be cursing out some poor chef for overlooking its dead carcass.
There's no sin in not being able to pull the trigger.
Much respect, we’ve all been there
Just pull the trigger. You’ll only feel recoil.
It's not that easy, Gordon got what's called Buck Fever. Basically your adrenaline sky rockets and you forget your training. Happened to me on my first time
I have gotten buck fever once and I missed. After that I haven’t hesitated. I figured out a long tine ago for me that I am most accurate when it I have a running shot or a quick shot. The deer I got this year I got on a dead run
You felt the recoil i rarely do Hmmm I don't get nervous until after the shot.
I’m using a 308 so it kicks a little more with the rounds I use but most of the time it is reaction shooting
@@coreystoner4129 .308 nice round, My 7mag has mild recoil with the 162 grain SST's due to it being on the heavy side.
We all know he went back and killed it after the cameraman turn it off.
Woah, I actually watched this video because I thought he was going hunting lol
That's why you hunt while hungry
Half way through it becomes a fucking horror movie
i loved the great coaching i have the same values , i have been shooting deer for 30 years and now finding it hard to do , even though it needs doing now for management
Hunting for the lamb sauce
Gordon: be still deer
Deer: yes chef
it’s high noon
This is why you’ve got to say “MEH” at the deer
Gordon's hunting camo consists of a chef jacket and crocs
Gordon: "Maybe I'm becoming vegetarian" 😂😂😂
He didn't actually feel mercy, the reason he didn't pull the trigger was because he wanted to hunt like his ancestors with there own tools and not guns
Gordon Ramsay better use his Eagle Eye!
He was gonna kill a fricken fon
Sometimes the best thing to do is not take the shot. No matter how perfect it might look.
That was a great call Gordon! Maybe next time!
Oh so Gordon like stalking now
Even with a silencer there was a 3 mile echo after the shot...HOLY HELL
It takes more guts and respect to not pull the trigger.
The only reason he didn't shoot the deer guys is because of what's called Buck Fever, basically, your adrenaline sky rockets and you forget all of your training for hunting. Lots of first time hunters experience this.
Respect to Gordon . If it doesn't feel right don't take the shot , thats the moral ive always hunted by.
Thanks for not murdering the sentient being you recognized
Pretty sure its technically not murder if its an animal
THAT DEER IS RAW YOU MUPPET
Gordon Ramsey needs to be a Drill Sargent for cooks in the Army
I was going to share this but now I just can't
Well that was an anticlimax Gordon.
My first kill?
I'll remember that huge cockroach on my face till the day I die.
"Ultimate standoff between man and beast" the deer can't shoot back xD
It can run and allude though. We have fair game laws for that exact reason.
maybe we should give it the chance, not sure how easily it could handle a rifle, but worth a try
@@covans1255 plenty of videos of deer attacking hunters they are not defenseless.
