Ingredients:
( for 9-10 crepes )
For Crepes:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil or butter
1 cup plain flour
1 cup + 1|4 cup milk
FOR CHICKEN ( FILLING )
250 g boneless chicken
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 onion
1/2 capsicum
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 cup mozzarella cheese
oil as require for cooking

Dear chef, this recipe is simple but the perpetration process is quite a bit lengthy although I tried it and it was professionally tasty. This was the 4th recipe I have cooked following your video, last I tried was cheese aloo paratha, chilli chicken and custard ice cream. All of the were delicious, I swear on God you are an excellent cook, your husband is a really lucky man. I am in love with your recipes and your serene voice.
