Dragon Touch K10 Hard Reset (June 17, 2020)

- Instructions
1. Press and hold down power and volume down
2. Use volume up to select "Recovery Mode" and use volume down to confirm.
3. If you see the "No Command" Screen, Press volume up while pressing and holding down volume down and power to get to the recovery mode menu.
4. Use volume down to select "Wipe data / Factory Reset" and use the power button to confirm.
5. Use volume down to select "Yes" and use the power button to select it.
6. Hard Reset is complete! Use volume up to select "Reboot system now" to restart.

Thank you, I hope this works. I just got a Dragontouch K10 from a goodwill that works, but is locked behind a PIN. Hopefully I can refresh the system and I didn't just waist $15 lol
I replaced the digitizer on my dragon touch k10 but the screen is still pixelated. Any suggestions?

Thanks!! I gave up a few weeks ago in trying to reset my thing cuz i couldnt get past the "dead" android (lol) & there were no other videos explaining past it.
Hi.. I can't get past the android either.. But what the video says didn't work for me.. Can I ask you what you did after you got the android screen that says "no command"..? Also I had to do power button and volume up, not volume down to get started... How about you..? Thanks

I actually sent an email to dragontouch this morning and they sent me back the same instructions that don't seem to work for just about everyone.. Yeah.. broken screen.. Sorry to hear..! @@johnnynight2301 no worries. I ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4" & for a better case than i had with the dragon one
@@Nuni0914 Nice.. And amazingly all of a sudden I was able to get into the "Wipe data / Factory Reset" screen.. I'm sure I tried this before and it didn't work.. I think.. but after I got the android no command screen I just hit power button and volume up and the "Wipe data / Factory Reset" screen appeared.. Oh Well.. I have good one..!
On which buttons do you press once there is the green robot on the screen. Volume down then volume down + up? I tried every combination but nothing works
You press down then all three. Just figured this out after hours messing with it.
@@woodchux2727 - Hello - If you see this message.. What do you mean by pressing down all three.. You can only press the volume button one way right..? Either press the volume up or press it down.. Can't do both at the same time.. Could you further explain.. I got to the icon with the no command screen but couldn't get any further to the reformat screen.. Thanks
@@johnnynight2301hold down power and volume down, then hold all three buttons at once, it worked for me
For anyone still on this pretty sure u need to hold down volume and power the click up volume I think but I forgot
Hi... Did you get this to work for you..? Yeah to get started I needed to hold power and volume up button to get to recovery then to the android no command screen.. But after that nothing I've tried has got me to the screen where I can wipe out the data and reformat.. Can I ask you what you did after you got the android no command screen to get this to work..? Thanks

It keeps asking for a pin but we never set a pin. This almost worked..
I accidentally rebooted it instead of resetting and it wont let me go back to this screen lmao. I've tried four times I feel like I'm mining for balloons in animal crossing. All the work and no reward
