We need this type of education and choices here in Merced, California, a quickly growing city with a brand new University of California causing a spike here in population growth. A local grocery store bought a very large, but failed Albertson's grocery store on G Street, and they have purposely kept it empty, because they own another very large grocery store right across the street from it. G Street is a very busy main street here in Merced and the former Albertson's would be perfect for a very large combination Vegan grocery, deli, health food store, with a very large Vegan café, and with giant skylights, it would feel like an outdoor garden café with tons of natural light just like being outdoors, but the whole place would be weatherproof. We don't have anything like that in America, and even Whole Foods Marketplace might sound healthy, but it sells tons of flesh products as do all of the many big box grocery stores here in Merced. Everybody here seems to be selling groceries including Walmart, and Target, but they also sell flesh and other unhealthy products.
