I feel like the person singing this is a simple traveling storyteller that gathers the children of the small village to tell them stories of old when their parents won't. The storyteller tells them the true stories, not the corrupted versions. the storyteller has costumes to go along with each character. The storyteller inspires the children and gives them hope. Their stories are the most accurate stories in the village. Why?
Because she is the Knight from the Oldest times, the Poet from the Brave times, and the King from the Golden times, and she has lived for centuries, since the beginning of time.
In the villages she visits, she sees children with no spark, parents with no love, people without hope. She spreads stories to the children while their parents look on disapprovingly. The children act like children again, filled with happiness and energy and ideas. Her job there is done. All hope was not lost.
After all, that's what guardians do, right?

i feel like this would be an adventure of a soldier, a poet, and a prince. They are sent on a task, but they don’t like each other. they eventually become beat friends and continue going on adventures together and grow old as friends together. then it flashes to a soldier telling his child a bedtime story, the story of the soldier, poet, and king. The child falls asleep and the dad walks outside. His two friends, a poet and a king, are waiting outside. “Ready for another adventure?” then it fades out to over look a kingdom they built.

Once upone a time has the vibe of this song I really recommend watching it XD
Series about a girl growing up in a small medievalish village. Her best friend is a boy that plays a lute and he helps her heard the sheep. But one day war comes upon the country and her best friend n her father are drafted. She has to stay with her mother, but one frightful night her village gets burned down. Her mother gives her a big book and tells her to run for it. At dawn she returns only to find everything burned down to the ground. Careless as she was, her ass gets captured, and she's hauled off as a slave. At the camp she finds an old woman that approaches our girl while she's trying to read mother's tome. The woman knows the language, but cannot practise magic that is written in the pages. Turns out that the written magic can only be practised by the writers descendant. Our girl learns some fast magic and burns down the slavers. As she's setting free the captured, she's asking around about the boy. The old woman catches the wind of information that "a talented musician from the burned village" is being held captive at the enemy's capital, and has to perform in front of the evil kind. The woman and girl go through a lot of trouble, and end up leading the revolution with magic and dragons. In the final season, they are planning to storm the castle. Old woman sacrifices herself so the girl could gain entry to the stronghold. There she finds the evil king holding her lute boy at swords edge. Epic showdown. She remembers to use magic last moment and slays the evil king, freeing her friend and restoring the balance. They set up a fair government and return to sheep herding together. In the last scene, this song is playing. Our heroes are remembering the war under a tree. Times are better now. She's making a flower wreath for the upcoming festival. The boy is strumming the lute for a while, then stops. The music fades out. He shyly asks her to go to the festival with him. She tells him that's the reason why she's making the wreath in the first place. Laughter. Music continues. Fade out.

I don’t think anyone will read this but, this song has gotten me through a lot. I’m epileptic and a few weeks ago I had a seizure while with my fiancé. I was still aware but couldn’t move or speak. All I could hear was this song and him singing. And he just held me and sang. And now we play this song every time. It calms me and brings me back to reality.

It is more than the lyrics the whole song is building... and building... till you are just forced to give into the joyous beat and soft words. It isn't shouting at you it is inviting us all to come and chill and vibe a bit.
I imagined an adventuring party from each person they described. We get a bread moment to see what there like and how they act, then on to the next one. And towards the end I just saw a compilation of the journeys and some of the slice of life stuff that all good stories have.

first heard this song in March 2020 while on a class field trip. The guy everyone knew and loved, let’s call him G, was playing this song at full blast on the bus and everyone was singing along with him except me bc I didn’t know the song. When G noticed this, he decided to play the song over again so that I could read the lyrics and sing along with everyone the second time around. That moment was fun, but it was also the last memory I had with those people before Quarantine started. From what Ik, G is going into the navy and most the kids who were on the bus are freshmen in college now. Whenever I hear this song it just brings me back to what my friendships were like before the pandemic haha good times
