Sir in a recent judgement in 2019 the supreme Court held that under sec. 156(3) the magistrate can direct investigation even after taking cognizance till the framing of charges. So now with keeping the judgement in mind, what is difference between 156(3) and 202 .... Please explain

से उस जांच के बजाय us par एफआईआर लिख ली तो क्या होगा।

सर मेरी प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट पर १९/०२/2018 को सीजेएम न्यायालय ने आरोपी पुलिसकर्मीयो के उपर ३२३,२९४,५०६,३४,मप्रकरण दर्ज किया था। आरोपी की रिवीजन ३/०७/१९ को डीजे कोर्ट से खारिज की गई। दिसंबर २०१९ में चार्ज के खिलाफ पुनः अपिल की गई एडीजे कोर्ट ने अपील तो खारिज कर दिया है पर डायरेक्शन दे दिया है २४४सीआरपीसी में फैसले मैं ५०६ को ५०६ बी लीख कर। क्रपया बताएं मुझे क्या करना चाहिए?
