What I don't understand. Is the concept of being a paid USBC certified bowler. But not have a non- sanction league who operates in a USBC certified center. Not to record a non sanctioned league for a bowler who is in fact sanctioned in other leagues. You would think, being a paid member would qualify in what ever league type one bowl in.

How does a bowler get certified as a USBC sanctioned member? Not trying to be funny but seen some bowlers are when I look up members while most are not certified?

Usually, when you start bowling in a certified league, you must become certified. They give you the paperwork the first night, when you pay a fee of about $25.
