Myth: Feminists are like demons

Feminists believe that both men and women can have or develop the so called `masculine’ qualities of strength, bravery, fearlessness, dominance, aggression, competitiveness, etc. and all of us can develop the so called ‘feminine’ qualities of caring, nurturing, loving, patience, obedience, etc. These are human qualities and not qualities specific to either men or women. We would like girls and boys, men and women to imbibe positive `masculine’ and positive `feminine’ qualities so that they can both develop their potential and be balanced human beings.
