W O W. I am so astonished and impressed by this unhaul. You were authentically ruthless. It’s is so rare to see an unhaul like this where someone is honestly going through their over grown collection and culling it brutally. I’m very impressed. I know this must have been very difficult for you. Great video
I've completely changed to a solid ebook reader. I think my library is over 4k of books at this point. I no longer have a concept of how big books actually are or how much space they take.
Yeah, it can be so overwhelming to see them in person. 4k on my ebook would still terrify me 😂 good luck with the tbr 🥰
@Steph Loves there was a period of time where I was obsessed with getting all the free romance books on Amazon. Now I have to like force myself out of that habit lol. But I found some really good ones and great authors soo. I have forever to read them lol

I usually really enjoy the 'unhaul with me' style videos but this style was really interesting! I do think Id end up taking all the books off my shelf because I wanted to keep them all though 😂

This was delightfully savage. I made it a goal to unhaul 81 books. But then I made another to unhaul 365. So far I’m up to 125!
Well done Steph, just done the same to get my physical TBR down to 200, it is painful. I can’t stop buying books on a whim, then I never remember what the reason was to buy!

The Fireman is an awesome book and reads really quickly in spite of its length.

I started reading Outlander for the same reason😂 I’ve actually read the first 3 books in that series. But at least as far as I’ve read the show does a pretty good job of getting all the important bits in lol
Good for you for unhauling all of these! It’s not hard to unhaul books you didn’t like. But it must be so hard to unhaul books that you did like when you just don’t have the room!
I love this type of videos so much, it feels cathartic ! I could never relate because I move so often and have to unhaul regularly. I think I have around 250 books (but I keep like 100 of them at my parents house that I kinda use for storage 😅)

I feel your pain. When I was moving I was purging my books. I took a lot to a used bookstore and then just donated them to my library because they were going to have a library book sale. I brought 980 books with me to Florida and donated probably 30-50 boxes of books. I wished I kept count of my books that I unhauled but oh well I guess before the move I had 1000+ books than

I have 145 books in the boxes and bags I mentioned, plus 81 books I took out of my library this weekend. Plus, I have yet to get rid of the books I don't want that are in the bedroom, which is at least 15-20. Wow! Now that I'm counting it makes it seem like so much more than I thought it was!! Yikes!!!!!!!

I did a major unhaul some time ago and ended up having 6 boxes full of books, plus 3 bags full of books and I just took out 81 books from my shelves this weekend!! So many horrible books, it's just sad. 20 minutes left of this video to watch right now.
I've been getting too many books recently. Never full price, only bargains in charity shops. I told my family not to get me any more, but today my dad got me a book cheap by one of my favourite authors. So he didn't listen lol luckily I do unhaul books quite often and have a feeling I should do another one soon lol

Shipped, there really isn't any mention of the sea or motion. They mention they are on a boat and areas on the boat but a lot of it is on land. It is predicable I guessed the whole plot and twist by page 11.

I do ziffit and charity shops and Vinted for special editions 😁🥰
Dragon Mountain and the other books in series were errrr boring and super cheesy. I know they are middle grade but reading from their perspective nope not a good time
