We didn't understood the question correct but here is what we think you're looking for: This nuts powder was made after roasting and making it into a fine powder. If your baby is not allergic to nuts and older than 10months, you should be able to add it directly to these foods, like we've shown. Thanks!
When to add the dry dates powder and the nuts powder in the cooked food or in the time of cooking food?

hmm...it should be okay. In terms of sugar, it has less than what rice has. and many people give foods with rice. So it should be okay. But it's your call. you know the best about your baby!

In US, we know people add bm to foods. Not sure how it's done at where you live(assuming you're elsewhere). Still you can keep formula at home, mix it to these foods. Make sure you mix it as if you give it to baby and then add to these foods. Thanks!
