I remember her. She was trying to be difficult. If a guest declares they are a vegetarian, they can rest assured they will be getting a salad. Perhaps her salad should have been served in 12 courses. #1 Lettuce, #2 Tomatoes, #3 Celery and so on.

I asked the server if they had any vegetarian options. She said she would have the chef whip something up for me. I must have made the chef's day because he or she was allowed to unleash their creativity. I was served a wrap with assorted warm roasted vegetables, cheese and crispy fried onions for crunch. A ranch dipping sauce was on the side, along with a pile of homemade sweet potato chips. I'll never forget it and I have never been able to duplicate it.
I'm wondering if she said she didn't eat meat on her preference sheet cause if so then why wasn't something else made it did they not say and she said at last moment. Never see this episode before. Wish I did.
I mean, I know Sierra was helping Ben, but he is the chef. Shouldn’t he supervise her and check that ugly salad before leaving the kitchen? At the end the guest will think he made it! That salad was really a bad 👀
Apparently not to the girl who ate the salad didn't complain how it looked and she said thank you, even the guy a cross from her lit up by the looks of the salad. You can't really mess up a salad.

It was made with ICEBERG lettuce! I would have been pissed if it couldn't have had AT LEAST been prepared with Romaine lettuce. Only McDonalds and Taco Bell use Iceberg lettuce.
