I am from Shri Ayodhya Ji, the plot which I brought at 3 lakh for 1450 sq feet in 2008 I sold the same plot at 5500 per sq feet to a broker who will definitely try to sell at minimum of 6k per sq feet. Calculate the amount one needs to earn for only to get back the value of plot only. The places which in my childhood were called as jungle places are now sold at 3k per sq feet where there is no proper roads and no hospitals no schools. But people from outside are buying in fomo, they will regret in future but the bull market will run until when I don't know.

Beach side was serene & peaceful, u could c huts of d fisherfolk with their canoes, mending of nets etc. Our ancestors had kept this land for us for prosperity in a little way, but v sold it to outsiders bcoz of our greed. Big buildings near our beaches and fields are sold off and goans migrated elsewhere, how much v need to eat, dress, or sleep ? How much could v accumulate & how much v take. Goa as for me is blessed & self sufficient. But it's each one's choice, let's respect it. People don't know how much is enough, I survived eating pez, chepnintlem tor Ani kharem, xittol varem, jivit purem. Don't sell goa, enough is enough.
