This is a video I put together of some of NASCAR's wildest flips. None of the crashes you see in this video are fatal. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!
When I used to watch Nascar, there were 2 reasons for me watching it. Those 2 reasons being very close finishes and huge wrecks. My favorite was when Brad Keselowski won at Talladega in 2009 by wrecking Carl Edwards which in my view started a huge rivalry between the two.
The reason of that is because the wreck in CARS was inspired by this one. It is actually the same person in both, since in the real wreck who wrecks is Richard Petty (nicknamed The King), and in CARS its name is the King, which is even voiced by Richard Petty himself 😉
When I was younger I really didn't understand just how fast that these cars can and do travel. I remember thinking, oh they're not going that fast. Well at least it didn't appear that they were. However as I got older, I believe it was at the time that I started driving. I came to realize just how fast these cars are moving. At that time I then thought how can these drivers survive a crash going that fast? Then they figured out how to make these cars go even faster. But thank GOD they installed softer impact barriers. Strengthened the catch fence. Implemented more safety precautions. Plus invented and installed stronger safety gear. I only wish that that harness for the neck would have been available to save Dale Sr's life. RIP the goat of NASCAR.
Daytona was *not* a friend to Rusty Wallace. Neither was Talladega, as Rusty himself said in 1992. That man had the *worst* luck at superspeedways, but that's to be expected, as Rusty was a short track specialist.
I'm surprised Dale Earnhardt senior R. I. P. isn't in here. It's amazing that these drivers can get through some of these crashes alive. and people try to say this isn't a sport this is truly dangerous and people need to appreciate that
4:21 Tonight the music seems so loud. i wish that we could lose this crowd. maybe, it’s better this way. we hurt each other with the things we want to say. we could have been so good together. we could have lived this dance forever. but now who’s gonna dance with me? please stay!
5:54 "this is my favorite line in Nascar"
Kings crash
@@epica2154 My heart Crashes
Ernie Ervin wins and Rusty spins and gets airborne, and flips wildly right at the start finish line very reminescient of his crash, at Daytona.
3:56 was the wildest in my opinion..
Yea I think that is tied with 2:48

Tony Stewart: *_Hold my beer_*

I think that crash was the inspiration for king's
Spencer Deagle No it is Not.
Nothing can beat this era of NASCAR. The field consisting of only the well known drivers and the massive wrecks, perfect combination
0:48 was a WAR
0:48 WOO HOO CROWD SURFING
I swear most of these crashes I see in here is like how it is in Forza.

1:07 I love how people say Tony did this on purpose I mean seriously 😑
its the only reason that guys to Nascar , the wrecks , the death and the beer
Thank God that the racers have the best safety equipment that's available and the Roll Cages are made so strong.
Well sadly 28 People Didn't make it In the Nascar Community.
@@BaaryQX and unfortunately one of those 24 was one of the greatest #3
@@BaaryQX Same with all other racing series
Car rolls like 10 times at like 180mph "what appears to be a very serious crash.."
Might have to add on to this after the 2022 Coca Cola 600 tonight
Wow, at 5:55 you can see that the original cars movie took this exact crash.
They used I for the kings crash
Wrong wreck. It was based off Richard Petty's flip at the southern 500.
Potato Six no, rusty Wallace at talladega. 1993
Potato Six its Rusty's Wallace crash at talladega ...
😮
5:55 Dinoco tragedy

@6:19 reminds me on the king crash in cars
You should have put Michael Mcdowells crash at Texas. Still good video
gamingboy 38
This is made in 2017
I know. Michael Mcdowells crash was in practice in 2008

Stephanie Mathias His wasn’t a flip. Just straight into the wall
filmandphoto11 she’s talking about other crashes he had
@@tsunamianakin9649 the Talladega flip of his wouldv'e been perfect
1:02 I remember seeing that crash on live tv and being like WTF
5:50 the wildest rollover in my opinion.
Jeff Gordon: knocks out Kyle Busch
Kyle Busch: i have orbitalrated you with the orbital cannon
*obliterated
I didn't see Elliott Sadler's 2003 flip at Talladega. Look that one up on CZcams. Other than that, great job on the video.
My favorite shows in tv!
0:46 LOL THE 29 DRIFTING
Thanks to the halo no one got seriously hurt... 😁
2:50
Omg...
Why does this look familiar🤔
THE KINGS WING DINOCO CRASH
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH THAT’S WHY IT LOOKS SO FAMILIAR
That's very very cool 👍
And that’s why they have roll cages
“Let’s see if we can see what happened to Danny bag-“ *car flipping and disintegrating* even they had no words
Geoff Bodine's truck crash at Daytona was wilder than all of these
Great video..
Chris Buesher: “I did a Barrel role!” Rusty Wallace: “I did a Blowover!” Christopher Bell: “I did both 💀”
4:15 his tire came off then the green car hit it and sent the tire flying
That tire easily could’ve ended up in the stands
1:17 2 cars were lucky
it's jeff gordon and kyle busch
Two that should have been included was Phil Parsons 1983 Daytona wreck .Bret Bodine's truck at Daytona
When the 34 has a horrific crash "great camerawork"
Hayden Karim because he tracked the car while it was rolling very quickly
Once they know he is ok, of course they would complement the camera guys
The first clip shows the only time Jeff Gordon ever flipped a car in his career or at the very least his cup career.
Who see rusty go airborne it looked like the car's movie 5:57
Jeff Gordon's crash looks like they did more than 1 take to get this one crash
when you come to think of it, racing is just really fast advertisements on wheels going around a track
(obviously this is a joke)
But you aren't wrong by any means, though
Holy Flipping smokes!
you know the car is on fire and they still are calm and telling there thinks ..
Dead Trigger

the first truck flip was instant karma
how ironic that the first 2 races had the same leaders
4:22 Doc udson ??!!
rusty Wallace and Ryan Newman went airborne
Im an nascar fan and i love if someone does donuts
Lol! Me too man, that's almost the golden reason why I watch NASCAR lol!

Great video but you forgot Carl Edward's flip. It was nasty especially going into the catch fence.
OneGodJesusChrist how about Michel waltrip talledega flip
There were a bunch of flips that went over the wall that also weren't included, which is why the catch fence is there to begin with.
Madness.
