Then condo owners are facing massive increases when FL requires reserves be set up for deferred repairs. Condo owners are having issues selling condos as these increasing HOA fees are serious deterrents to buyers. Add in another projected .50 rate increase by the Fed and I would advise buyers to wait out the market Terri as I believe the worst is yet to come sadly.
