- Rather than focus on the paparazzi and speculation around Heath Ledger's death, we have decided to bring you one of his last interviews in support of the movie I'm Not There.
THE MOST beautiful man to ever walk earth... LOVE him
His voice and persona was so transparent to who he was as a person-- mysterious, an old soul, poetic, deep and much past his time. Although I did not know him, it feels like we are attached in our perspectives of the world. He was an unmatched talent that will be greatly missed in this world of attention-seeking celebrities.
My God, such a lost, what a shame he's not here with us.
I still can't believe he's gone. He was such a beautiful, down to earth person.

i love how everyone is always like, wow he turned into the joker here. or he looked like the joker there. or the role of the joker never left him.
does not one person in this world realize that he MADE the joker. he IS/WAS the joker.
of course he is going to look like him at some points, and sound like him.
he portrayed the joker, hellloo.
people act like he found some fictional character and started to act and do everything like him.well open your eyes people, heath ledger was the joker.
He was so sensitive and amazing. he can't stop moving and is a bit fidgitty but, that just make him all the more adorable. He is very sweet and you can tell that form how he carries himself right here.
God I miss him! The more a find out about this man the more in love I feel with him. Never another quite like Health, he is special and different in so many ways.

she could totally see how restless he was.. so when she says "were done.. you can get out of here now" he doesn't surprise her, he totally rushes out of the room.. he was just a different guy, all the great people in this world were different.. embrace being unique, dont make fun of it..
I can't believe we'll never get to watch him fidget through another interview again. Poor guy is so nervous. He's so cute. I still can't believe he's gone. I keep wishing I'd wake up from this nightmare.

He was such a great actor. it's not fair that he died so young and didn't get to see his little girl grow up. i wonder why he's so fidgety. i've only seen little kids figet that much. but i guess it can get really restless when you have to answer the same questions over and over again.

so i saw dark night yesterday and like it hit me in the middle of the movie, that he is gone, and now watching this brings tears to my eyes, such a good man gone now, :*(

I was just about to say that! In that "Get out, c'mon". It's amazing what he did for the voice of the joker, and an overall fabulous piece of work he did.
he was hilarious and simple. a simple, incredible, guy.

I would be jumping out of my seat if I had to sit through as many countless, boring interview junkets Heath had to endure. Look at how patient & thoughtful he is with his answers. Heath was known as a very kind, sensitive, generous man & his death is just tragic & heartbreaking.

he looks very normal, just looks tired. i haven't seen this part of the interview. the media kept showing the worse parts of this interview where he's a little more fidgety.. it could have been on purpose just to stir up some talk about him being on drugs..

Aww I miss him he was flawless as the joker it's so sad that we can never see him act again. I don't know why but for soe odd reason his death shocked me so much I'm still shocked and It's like I actually miss him and I never even knew him.
he gets really nervous during interviews! thats soo cute! thats why they gave him a clothes pin. and omg you can totally hear his joker voice in the end!
This is painful to watch. I don't think heath was a coke or heroin addict, but he does seem extremely troubled. Abusing prescription drugs can be as dangerous as a bad smack addiction. The spilt with Michelle, separation from Matilda, and loss of that family structure was obviously tearing him apart. I wonder if in the end he regretted leaving them? Total shame. He seems like a good soul.
You can tell just how distraught he is. It's scary to see him this way and know there's nothing you can do.
What I love about Heath is that he's always himself all the way trough his heart. And he's always a little bit sheyed and tired, that's so cute

Wow he can't stop moving his hands or touching his face, I think he was extremley nervous in this interview and looked like he really didn't want to be there. Darn though, the man is just plain gorgeous in appearance and really talented as an actor. I'm going to miss him R.I.P

As with all great performers of our time, heath now joins the great artist that died on the verge of his peak. the joker, my all time favorite villian, was truly allowed to show how evil he really is. and heath brought it out to a whole other level
Yeah he does seem distracted and really uncomfortable playing with that peg in his hand. Such a shame, I just read his biography what a special dude....

What's with the clothespin? LOVE YA HEATH!!! R.I.P. ^^ (I'm not one of those that sees death as a negative thing, despite having lost someone as great as Heath. I see it as inspiration for my own goals as an actress.)
Why must our world's most truly gifted die so young?
His body language in this interview shows that something was clearly wrong at the time. He's very twitchy, doesn't sit still for a moment, and looks very uncomfortable with his hyper-activity. All those gestures and grimaces hint that he was under the influence of a very stimulating substance at the time. It's possible he overdosed on drugs with the opposite effect, the 3 different sedatives found near him, to combat the overstimulation we see on this video.
No wonder he seems bored and fed up. He must be thinking "why is she asking me such stupid questions".
yeah hes always like this in interviews and sometimes worse. reporters and interviewers said that heath had the most nervous energy out of any other actor theyve ever interviewed before.
not to mention he's sitting in a "stool like" chair that probably isn't very comfortable or supporting. If you ever sit on a stool for more than a min ( back rest or not) I'm sure you'll find yourself scooting about trying to keep your limbs from falling asleep and your back from getting sore.

Interesting that he may have been shy and anxious, yet chose to perform. It's possible that his anxiety developed during his acting career. Two of his meds, benzodiazepines, are used to treat anxiety, so we can assume that a physician made that diagnosis. Why he had two of those meds, instead of one, is a bit of a mystery. They are the same type of drug, so taking both is like a double-dose of one of them. Whatever the case, his motor activity is extreme, more than is usually seen in anxiety.

You can tell that hes nervous and doens't like interviews at all. i feel so bad for him, he would have gotten an oscar OR 10. like its so sad watching him deterorate from a knights tail to now.
everyone's trying to read so much into this interview bc he was so fidgety. He hated interviews, and he was a very shy person. Plus, his relationship just ended, & I'm sure the last thing he wanted was to be sitting in a room answering stupid questions. I just wish everyone would get off his case!!!
