This film deserves so many more views. For me, it was the small things added to it such as the natural background noise of something as simple birds flying in the distance. It was a true pleasure to watch with a set of headphones on. Also immaculately trimmed finger nails, my mild OCD thanks you. Beautifully filmed, seriously well done!
Ha! Thanks Josh. Aimee keeps us both on top of our hygiene ;) but making films with closeups of our hands would be a quick teacher either way. Glad you liked the film, we put a lot of time into those details, and I edit with headphones, so its nice to know that some people are enjoying it as intended!

Sounds like a dream! Pike are a hell of a game fish. Got into a bunch recently in Labrador. We were looking for trout, but couldn't complain when we tied into one of them suckers!

Also, the Western Scrub Jay you point out is actually a Western Bluebird...
Yeah, we actually had another guy tell us this awhile back as well. I had found a bunch of confirmation biased images of Western Scrub Jays that looked just like the bird in the video, but I've found equal number of Bluebird images as well. The tough part of the ID is that the bird is in the shade, with blue light cast all over it. It was a lot more grey in real life. Anyway, I think your'e probably right, but fixing it's a pain.

No way! I go for a walk every day around Whitings, and fish it once in a while. We mostly fish it form a canoe when possible. I recognize you because I've 100% walked past when you were fishing. We live on Broad, about a quarter mile from the inlet you fish at. Keep up the videos man its awesome to see!

hey there guys, great footage! what spots in jackson hole did you hit? im curious about the river in the meadow.... i dont recognize it
I don' t want to burn any spots that aren't too popular online. One of the obvious meadows streams is Flat creek, right in the middle of the Elk Refuge. The other one's a secret, but if you're familiar with the area you'll find it sooner or later!

Dude, here you are again. Why are still hanging around our videos? I'll take it as a compliment. I see through that prickly exterior, and see a guy who enjoys the outdoors. So much so that when he's not outside he's on CZcams, watching outdoor films. You don't have to also be the guy who writes mean shit to total strangers online. Be that first guy, life's less stressful that way.
I love it! We took almost this exact road trip at the same time! It was absolutely life-changing for our family and something we cannot wait to do again!
