When I contacted support through the live chat feature I was able to receive all of the codes except for the Akechi, Haru, Kasumi one. The support guy said "For the other one, I am afraid to tell you we are not offering anymore" When I asked if there was no other possible way to receive the themes for Akechi, Haru, and Kasumi, the support guy said "In this case, be aware for our social media, sometime in the future we will have it" While I don't know exactly what this means, It does seem like in the future there will be some way to obtain these themes. For now we have to wait and see while keeping an eye on PlayStation social media.

This sucks, especially considering that there's nothing to "run out of" when it comes to digital products like this. I might end up buying some of them. It's a shame that official limited-run PS4 themes don't seem to be things people share on the internet?
Thanks to your guide I was able to get most of the themes and avatars. It’s disappointing that they couldn’t give me Haru Akechi and Yoshizawa stuff, but if I really want them I can make a japanese account. I guess the companies simply dont care enough, which is sad. Calling was worse for me (they literally told me they had nothing when on the chat i got a bunch of stuff) so try using the chat if you didn’t. I went on the chat like a month or more after I platinumed the game. The guy told me the stuff for beating the God of Control boss was out of stock, so I got every theme and avatar except for Haru, Akechi, and Yoshizawa related stuff

I beat the game 1 month after release, I recieved only one mail about it (The platinum trophy ones), I contacted support about it and the assistant told me that they ran out of codes, i tried 3 days after that and the new assistant sent me the codes, no issues whatsoever. It's really weird but luckly I got all of them.

@@DigitalAlucard i didn't even get them by email with the newsletter, even 14 days after getting the very first trophy, and this was back in april. tried emailing the support of my country, no answers whatsoever. and i can't even use the live chat, the us one redirects me to the "European" one, which is just a blank page. and it especially sucks because i only want the avatars and not the themes, and i can't buy them and use them on my main account, only the japanese account used to buy them. I'll have the 2nd trophy soon, hopefully getting the themes but this really sucks this is the only way to get them.

Yes you could get the avatars still I believe Just go to Playstation Live chat, they will hook you up. plus you can’t get thorough trickster avatars anymore sadly

Yeah, I missed out on the first set of themes, those being Joker’s, Ryuji’s, Ann’s, and Morgana’s. It’s fine, because I was only ever really interested in Akechi, Maruki, and Lavenza, but it’s still pretty lame. Ah well. Thanks, sir.

That sucks but the only persona 5 Related theme I could get my hands on was Persona 5 Dancing in starlight Dynamic Theme which I know it's not what everyone wants but it's the only one I could find that was Related to persona 5
If you go to the page for the original version of the game and scroll down, you should see the Theme and Avatar packs for each character. I’ve been using the Makoto one for a while now.
Guys the codes does still exist i just got my castle of lust code but i dont know about the rest, an advice to make getting the code easier and quicker, when u first email them write ur email and ID, and a picture with ur ID and the trophy unlocked, I recommend using PSNprofiles since it can show ur ID and the trophy at the same time, oh almost forgot also mention that it has been over 14 days. I got p5r in 2020 like some months after release and i didnt knew about those themes and avatars, but once i knew they existed i done everything i could to get them. Fast foward some time and i get the code for thr stuff of futaba Makoto and yusuke even tho i didnt received the morgana the protagonist ann and ryuji and i started to wait, weeks months even years and 3 years later i still didnt get anything of the first bunch of itemes, so two days ago i contacted the ps support and the guy said they would email me so that ill show my ps4 id abd throphy and theyll check if i should be elegible to get them, and they just said smth like thank you for giving us the required stuff to see if you were really elegible to get the code and two days later i still didnt get any code. Hope later on theyll just put them in the playstation store even tho after 3 years of silence i think it wont happen but still hope its the last to die

I got all of them and its was a pain plus I had to use the ps service chat to get the first set then then I had to buy and dlc persona to beat one boss and had to use safe mode on one 🏆 and the final boss
@@CheesyLizzy by playing the game , back then I had to beat okurka' s Palace to get that set. But Sony seems to have issues with " running out of codes" for that set. Have you try talking to them by the psn chat or service yet
@@Animeoatku85jrOh, I thought you were saying you got the themes recently, my mistake :( And I've talked to PlayStation Support 7 times, each time I was told that "The Promotion has been discontinued" and one time one of them said that "The Promotion was terminated" instead for some reason (I thought that was a bit extreme, that made me imagine the Atlus employees just stabbing at the themes to make sure they're really dead 😆), and that they're out of Thorough Trickster codes. And to rub more salt in the wound, a month ago they discontinued the live chat altogether so there's literally no way to contact customer support anymore :/

Same here, yesterday I got all of them thanks to the PS Support, except for those ones, and a friend of mine showed me that in fact he has them, but after writing them twice, they told me that they ran out of that promotion (which is weird, due the fact that the other ones, including the Platinum Trophy are still up). Searching for more solutions, I contacted with SEGA Support telling them every detail, but they said that I must contact the PS Support, and that is posible that they are no longer available :(
In case anyone is here for the same reason as me, you are now able to purchase the avatars from PlayStation store Via PS4, only works on ps4, avatars are not viewable on the app or ps5.

I got the game a few months ago(late september 2021) and finished it just before christmas, clocking in at 137hrs for my first playthrough, did a NG+ and got the platinum trophy just a few days ago, I haven't gotten any emails yet, so I'm really just lowering my expectations tbh

I tried calling playstation support today but their closed on weekends i will call them again on the weekdays but i got the other trophy’s before marukis palace in 2020 and got the platinum in 2021 hopefully they can help me because i hear people cant get the ones from marukis palace and i really wanted the maruki theme but lets see what ps says thanks for the video

@@jr90_2 hmm the ps5 doesn't have any themes but I don't see why if you get the trophies on the ps5 version you wouldn't still be able to get the ps4 themes it has been almost a year since I got them though so idk if the promotion still works you may have to call playstation

@@VLZSLIDE You might want to check again. Other CS agents have claimed that they ran out of codes for certain sets and this was confirmed by various people in my comments section.
Seriously you got them a couple days ago? Maybe it's different depending where you live, but for the U.S I was told the promotion ended when I contacted live chat

If you buy the themes on the Japanese account and then use said themes on the US account does it translate or is it forever in Kanji

Try again at a later time. 6 months or so ago the first pack was out of stock for a bit, but several people confirmed they got it later

Yes you could get the avatars still I believe Just go to Playstation Live chat, they will hook you up. plus you can’t get thorough trickster avatars anymore sadly

Im so sad because I played the game on the first day it came out and did a lot of stuff really quickly, I ended up singing up for the news letter like half way into my playthru, I only got the 3rd and 4th pack of avatars and themes, Idk what to do to get the first two, can you please help me somehow?

Yeah, I missed out on the first set of themes, those being Joker’s, Ryuji’s, Ann’s, and Morgana’s. It’s fine, because I was only ever really interested in Akechi, Maruki, and Lavenza, but it’s still pretty lame. Ah well. Thanks, sir.

@@MOLD885 US PlayStation Support said the promotion ended is all out of codes for getting the achievement “The Thorough Trickster” (Akechi, Kasumi & Haru themes/avatars etc) I did get for set 4 though (Lavenza + Maruki)

That sucks but the only persona 5 Related theme I could get my hands on was Persona 5 Dancing in starlight Dynamic Theme which I know it's not what everyone wants but it's the only one I could find that was Related to persona 5
If you go to the page for the original version of the game and scroll down, you should see the Theme and Avatar packs for each character. I’ve been using the Makoto one for a while now.
Guys the codes does still exist i just got my castle of lust code but i dont know about the rest, an advice to make getting the code easier and quicker, when u first email them write ur email and ID, and a picture with ur ID and the trophy unlocked, I recommend using PSNprofiles since it can show ur ID and the trophy at the same time, oh almost forgot also mention that it has been over 14 days. I got p5r in 2020 like some months after release and i didnt knew about those themes and avatars, but once i knew they existed i done everything i could to get them. Fast foward some time and i get the code for thr stuff of futaba Makoto and yusuke even tho i didnt received the morgana the protagonist ann and ryuji and i started to wait, weeks months even years and 3 years later i still didnt get anything of the first bunch of itemes, so two days ago i contacted the ps support and the guy said they would email me so that ill show my ps4 id abd throphy and theyll check if i should be elegible to get them, and they just said smth like thank you for giving us the required stuff to see if you were really elegible to get the code and two days later i still didnt get any code. Hope later on theyll just put them in the playstation store even tho after 3 years of silence i think it wont happen but still hope its the last to die

I got all of them and its was a pain plus I had to use the ps service chat to get the first set then then I had to buy and dlc persona to beat one boss and had to use safe mode on one 🏆 and the final boss

@@CheesyLizzy by playing the game , back then I had to beat okurka' s Palace to get that set. But Sony seems to have issues with " running out of codes" for that set. Have you try talking to them by the psn chat or service yet

And I've talked to PlayStation Support 7 times, each time I was told that "The Promotion has been discontinued" and one time one of them said that "The Promotion was terminated" instead for some reason (I thought that was a bit extreme, that made me imagine the Atlus employees just stabbing at the themes to make sure they're really dead 😆), and that they're out of Thorough Trickster codes.
And to rub more salt in the wound, a month ago they discontinued the live chat altogether so there's literally no way to contact customer support anymore :/

I know this is 8 months later but they might have it back up(just maybe) since it is coming to other platforms and not just PS4. I don't think this is maybe the case but i wish this can happen so everyone can get the themes including myself since i platinumed the game and can't get Akechi,Haru, and Yoshizawa.
Same here, yesterday I got all of them thanks to the PS Support, except for those ones, and a friend of mine showed me that in fact he has them, but after writing them twice, they told me that they ran out of that promotion (which is weird, due the fact that the other ones, including the Platinum Trophy are still up). Searching for more solutions, I contacted with SEGA Support telling them every detail, but they said that I must contact the PS Support, and that is posible that they are no longer available :(

In case anyone is here for the same reason as me, you are now able to purchase the avatars from PlayStation store Via PS4, only works on ps4, avatars are not viewable on the app or ps5.

I got the game a few months ago(late september 2021) and finished it just before christmas, clocking in at 137hrs for my first playthrough, did a NG+ and got the platinum trophy just a few days ago, I haven't gotten any emails yet, so I'm really just lowering my expectations tbh
