@@Timoriasyou think your politicians and those federal agencies and their deciaiona are not paid for by the highest bidder?! Ha ha. Chevron Deference had increasingly allowed the Executive branch agencies to bypass Congress and the lawmaking process. This took power away from the Executive and will help force the Legislative branch to do their jobs.

This is so wonderful, Bureaucracy had become the fourth and most powerful branch of government, Trump had been trying to rein in Bureaucracy and his Justice picks did the job for him. The idea the Bureaucrats can create laws and penalties by decree is unamerican, unconstitutional, an abuse of power. Now we need budget cuts that cuts down the size of Bureaucracy to reduce the deficit.

  • @joefrederick6471

Perhaps 40 years ago it was a good idea to let agencies make the rules when the best people for the job were appointed and it wasn’t an exercise in how many DEI boxes that could be checked. Many rules are challenged now because the rules are ridiculous. This reigns in people like the recent appointees that are radicals and activists that are almost all indoctrinated elitist who think most people going through every day challenges are stupid. Most have no real world experience and their careers have been nothing more than brown nosing their way through radical groups that are completely funded by other people’s money and they have no clue how the real working person lives or operates because they have never been in the real world where the decisions you make impact them directly. And the most inept Presidents like we have now that have never worked a day in the real world in there life associates with these types that have no world experience same as them and you end up with that as your secretaries in the various agencies and we can see now how effective that is after the last 3-1/2 years. And during and right after covid we needed people that had went through some real world struggles and worked with budgets and has seen how over regulation completely kills small business. But instead they just piled them on add nauseam because they could. This effectively ends this.

In case you don't realize there is only 4 countries on earth that don't allow abortion and now we are part of that. Everyone thinks abortion is just about having abortions no it's not if you are not a woman you wouldn't understand it. Lots of women have pregnancies that are hard for their bodies to take lots of complications can happen when a woman is pregnant. You could get pregnant but because the baby is formed is the filopian tube instead of the Uterus a woman could die, because babies don't grow in the filiopian tube. Or what happens when a baby is born without a brain being on the inside of the babies head or their organs being on the outside. I recommend that men go online and look up the issues that can happen while being pregnant.

We have a freedom of choice in the US. If you’re not happy about circumstances get the education and career to change it. We must have a SYSTEM of CHECKS and BALANCES or else you have SOCIAL TERRORISM that seem to be fueled by whatever is popular. We do vote for ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES and they based on our research in turn select JUSTICES who are elected based on their LEGAL EXPERTISE.
